Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring any type including battens of any type except for ceiling or where not feasible for light/ fan//bell/socket or power and including unscrewing from board, fitting and fixure such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants,bell, bell push, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L point wiring with FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multi strand PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable in and including surface caping and casing complete with 1.60mm thick metal boxes from 2 module to 12 module as required at site concealed in wall , painting boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer complete with all accessories and all as specified including FRLS1.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for following.

One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

One 5 pin 5 Amp switch socket out let point on an independent board.

One 5 pin 5 Amp socket out let point controlled by one switch on same board.

One bell point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cable 1.5 Sq mm

All as per Serial Item No. 2 above but for one 15 Amp 6 Pin switch socket out let independent with 4 Sqmm FRLS including one run of 4 Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity wire (Nominal Area) PVC unsheathed copper conductor single core multistranded complete all as specified. Note For item No 2 & 3: - (i) All wiring cable shall be multistranded FRLS copper conductor of approved make duly approved by accepting officer before incorporating in work.
