REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER APPLIANCE OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN, GEYSER, CERTAIN INTERNAL WIRING AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT KANJOLI LINE AND SEWAR FORT UNDER GE BHARATPUR

Disconnecting & taking down the ceiling fan of 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep for carried out preventive maintenance and re hanging the same after cleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber seal, split pin, connector and copper cable PVC size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required lenght from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including hanging, connecting up and testing all as directed.

Disconnecting & taking down the wall fan of 380mm/450mm for carried out preventive maintenance and re hanging the same aftercleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber seal, split pin, connector and copper cable PVC size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required lenght from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including hanging, connecting up and testing all as directed. (Note for Srl item No 01 and 1.1 here in before : (i) Minor parts such as nut, bolt, washer,rubber seal, split pin, connector copper cable pvc insulated 0.5 sqmm 3 core are deemed to included with unit rate of item.(ii) Parts/components replaced other than mentioned above will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) The services of ceiling fan carrying out door to door.(iv) After completion of work all fans shall be tested to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge Note:Major item such as ball bearing, capacitor, fan blade etc shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L for spray painting of ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavaties with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm thick using black enamelled paint all as directed.

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing, oiling and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per ser item No 03 here in above but 1400mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of following parts/components suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep :- Capacitor 2.5/3.5 mfd, oil filled, 400V AC, 50 HZ, 85 degree C ISI marked Make : Asian/Unistar/Usha.

Ball bearing (6201) Make : SKF, NBC, TATA.

Ball bearing (6202) Make : SKF, NBC, TATA.

Ball bearing (6203) Make : SKF, NBC, TATA.

Ball bearing (6204) Make : SKF, NBC, TATA.

Hanging clamp complete with rubber real Make as existing /sample kept in AGE E/M office complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep (set of three blades) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of down rod 50 cm long 15mm internal dia heavy duty duly painted including hanging clamp, rubber ring, nut and bolts complete suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep.including necessary hole complete

Supply and replacement of canopy suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of exhaust fan 380mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing oiling testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per ser item No 9 above but for exhaust fan 450mm sweep complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of following parts/components suitable for exhaust fan 300/380/450mm sweep :- Capacitor 4 mfd, oil filled, 400V AC, 50 HZ, 85 degree C ISI marked Make : Asian/Unistar/Usha.

GM bush suitable for exhaust fan 380mm sweep.

GM bush suitable for exhaust fan 450mm sweep.

Fan blade set (set of three) for exhaust fan of 380mm sweep.

Taking down the existing unserviceable water storage type geyser of capacity 25/35 ltr by disconnecting from water connection and reinstallation at the same location after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of unserviceable parts including one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Ditz/Recold/Venus/Sidhson/Bathwall/Bajaj.

Ditto all as per item No 12 above but 50 ltr capacity.(Note for item no 12 & 13 : Spare parts required for repair/replacement will be measured and paid under respective items.)

S&F in replacement Heating element 1500W with rubber ring clamping screws etc in geyser water storage type of capacity 25 ltr/35 ltr ltr. Make : Bajaj/Venus/Theeta/Micron/Havells.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings as original where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing etc and making good, cutting exc 10cm and not exc 20cm girth in brick or stone wall including making same texture of cutting surface as per existing wall complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down the existing unserviceable GI steel tubing and connection and S&F new 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade with all fittings complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make : Jindal/TATA/Prakash Surya.

Ditto all as per Srl Item No 20 here in before but using 20mm bore pipe

S&F in repair PVC cable 3 core copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm to water storage type geyser of capacity 25/35/50 ltr including taking out old cable. Make : Plaza/ Gloster/ Finolex/ NICCO.

Taking down U/S plug top and S&F new 3 pin plug top 16 amps, 230 volts, ISI marked. Make : Anchor/Kinjal /cona/ Recold/ Leader.

S & F or laying galvanised steel tubing medium grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/walls under road crossing of size 40mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F torage type electric water heater (geyser) of 25 liter capacity with 05 star rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Make: Recold/Havells/Bajaj/ AO Smith)

S&F exhaust fan of size 380mm/400mm sweep with louvers having MS body including cutting existing stone/brick masonary wall for making opening for exhaust fan and including making good disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Make: havells Ventil Air-DX White or equivalent makes in CG/ Kahitan)

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable batten/surface conduit/ concealed conduit aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell/buzzer, socket or power) complete including removal of unserviceable fittings such as switches, switch-sockets, ceiling roses, pendents, sockets, lamp holders, shades, fan regulators, light fittings, bells etc including sunken boxes and removing the retrieved materials from dismantling including making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceilings etc to match with the adjoining work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of unserviceable DBs/ switch fuses/ changeover in sheet steel enclosure complete with MCBs/Fuses/grips any capacity after disconnecting all cables etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
