S&F of rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated / plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed

S&F of mild steel framed work such as steel gate for framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and set in cement mortar (1:4), complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15 mm bore steel water tubes, medium grade, galvanised with and including all GI fitting (such as bends, elbows, Tees, connectors, short pieces, back nuts, unions, caps and plug etc ) and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in/on floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 15mm bore dia bib taps, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid / inserted to timber / GI / aluminium framework with screws in ceiling flat or sloping, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any size/core/type including conduit/ cashing/ batten of any type and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface roof/ wall/ floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of sub main wiring with two single core 4.0 Sqmm PVC (FRLSH) copper conductor, insulated multistranded unsheathed cable medium grade including PVC casing caping of required size with accessories for sub main connection including 4.0 Sqmm FRLSH insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor used as a earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly, all as specified and directed. (Note :- Three runs of 4.0 sqmm PVC FRLSH copper conductor shall be measured as one unit length).

Supply and fixing of single pole and neutral (SPN) DB with sheet metal enclosure, 8 way, single door, 415 volt, vertical type, IP-53 with 200 amps rated bus bar including fixing on suitable rectangular block, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0mm dia size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of earth wire upto DB / test point from earth plate etc., PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to DB as indicated, complete all as specified and as directed.
