Dismantling floor hearth wall tilling including CM (beading bud not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises.

M&L for anti-skid premium quality coloured tiles 400x400 mm and 7-8 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 450 X 300 mm and 6-8 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any thickness(below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of NITOBOND SBR polymer modified coating to a thickness of 1mm, 1st Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Water 2 Ltrs, Cement 3 Kg) Second Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Cement 3 Kg) applied thoroughly without any traces of dirt or laitance as in sunken floors complete all as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including cleaning the roof surface with wire brush and using water and applying cement slurry @ 3 kg per Sqm and cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and applying oil based bitumen primer coat at the rate of 0.30 liters per sqm on top of plastered roof surface and applying evenly a tack coat of hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm and applying APP based modified polymeric membrane of minimum weight not less than 3kg/sqm as approved by GE, over the bituminous coated surface with100 mm overlaps and the over lap shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer's instruction and applying evenly a coat of hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm and applying evenly a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 gm / sqm as per manufacturer's instruction taking down existing roof treatment of any description, any thickness and removing the debris to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1000m complete all as directed. Note: Waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
