Supply, Fabrication, installation, testing and commisioning of Fully automatic sewage treatment plant based on MBR Process with sewage handling capacity of 300 KLD per day. The entire plant will be constructed in MSEP / JINK ALUMINIUM Febricated. The STP shall be designed as per Raw water, with necessary chemical dosing as required by the manufacturer's design. All the equipment, piping, pumps, air blowers and electrical panel etc. (Defect Liability Period will be 05 Years, All Parts and Machinery maintenance, Replacement included in 05 Year DLP)

Domestic Sewage from domestic Ward and Hospital toilets, kitchens etc. from the Commercial complex and shall be discharged into the STP. Design to take consideration of same.

Daily average flow : 300 M3/Day

EQUALIZED WASTE WATER TRANSFER PUMPS / RAW SEWAGE PUMP : 2 (1W + 1S) NO.

Providing & fixing fully submersible sewage handling type pump for raw sewage transfer from equalization tank to aeration tank. The pump shall have complete CI construction, TEFC induction motor including pressure gauge, lifting arrangement for the pump. Solid handling shall be 25-40 mm. (1 W + 1 S) Capable of delivering 300 cum/hr (each) of free air at 0.45 kg/cm2 driven through “V” belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFC motor of suitable HP Suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles a/c supply for aeration of EQT, SHT and TWT. Part C OPERATION & MAINTENANCE FOR 05 YEAR STP and ETP

The SITC of Both Sewage Treatment Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant includes 5 years of Defect liability peroid). All Parts and Machinery maintenance, Replacement included in 5Year DLP. The Operation and maintanance of above STP/ETP will be for 5 years which includes 24x7 operation of STP and ETP each by skilled operator, regular backwashing/cleaning, all Consumables and any other activity required for un-hindered operation of STP and ETP. The Payment of O&M cost will be done on quarter basis (after every 3 months) after getting report of outlet parameters matching with prevailing RPCB/CPCB norms.
