Supply and fixing of 2 nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes exc. half brick but not exc one brick in brick walls built in CM or cement lime mortar & stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts & making good dismantled portion in CM(1:3) or PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting, dado, riser, cooking platform etc laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chamfer, grainding,moulding ,splays or arris in facework of Granite/ marble n. exc 15mm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of tiles of any descriptions in floors or dados etc. including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, flooring and landings of stair case, risers, treads and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade but marble of any shade other than white and black 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting he same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down, stopping including brooming down dirty surface during fixing of aluminium windows etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete incl filling putty/filler work where ever drepression foud in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for complete removal of wall complete removal by washing, rubbing down dirty surface during fixing of aluminium windows etc andapplying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of 1mm thick exterior wall putty surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Solar control film 25 micron reflectivetype (gareware sun control or equivalent) in 3mm th sheet glass complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing aluminium window shutters and making unworkable shutters workable (which incls replacing roller,rubber beading etc) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Glass & stain less steel wire mesh shall be measured & paid separaely)

Supply and fixing aluminum alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt of length 250mm with hasp & staple (bolt type) & fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminum alloy complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 140mm long Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised,with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing standard aluminium door seal of 0.9 to 1.2 mtr length each with nylon brush at lower side to fit at bottom of door with screws complete all as specified and directed.
