FOLLOWING 11 KV LINE SHIFTING AND OTHER RELATED WORK OF COSUMER CPWD, G BLOCK, SECTOR-22, NOIDA IN FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME IN AREA OF EUDSD-II, NOIDA :-

Cartage of ST poles 11 mtr long from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/ Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to various points of site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Cartage of other line material such as M.S. channel (100x50x2240mm) for top (03 Nos.), M.S. channel (100x50x2000mm) for Dropper (09 Nos.), 11 KV Pin Insulators with pin & nuts (18 Nos.), 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting (03 Nos.), Stay set complete (04 Nos.), Earthing Set complete (05 Nos.) etc. from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to various points of site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Providing of Stone Pad 300x300x75 mm.

Fixing of above Stone Pad 300x300x75 mm.

Providing of clamp for ST pole with bolts & nuts.

Fixing of above clamp for ST pole with bolts & nuts.

Providing of Alluminium Paint.

Work of Painting by above Alluminium Paint.

The Excavation of foundation pit in CC road/ mix soil/ normal soil/ soft & hard rack by using heavy duty compressor and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be 600x600x1800 mm for each pole and having a depth of 1/6 of the full length of the support.

Fabrication of MS channel complete in all respects.

Erection of pole on 11 Mtr. long ST Pole for 11 KV line including fixing of all accessories of 11KV line as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Erection of Double pole structure on 11 Mtr. long ST Pole for 11 KV line including fixing of all accessories of 11KV line as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Grouting of each pole (In ratio of 1:4:8 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) in size 450mmx450mmx1800 mm as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Construction of Plinth in size 450x450x300 mm of each (0.285 Cum) pole above the ground level (In ratio of 1:3:6 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Excavation of earth and driving of M.S. earthing rod of size 20x2500 mm (with 40 mm. taper extra) in earth and jointing through G.I wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts etc. as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Grouting & Concreting of stay set complete in all respect as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Fixing, Tighting and nozzling of stay wire with the pole of required tension with clamps as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Cartage of other line material such as 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 Sq.mm. from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to various points of site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Drilling of dia 160 mm in single bore by trench less method by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1 mtrs below the ground level complete in all respects.

Providing of 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe 160mm OD PN 4 PE 63 GRADE UV STABILIZED AS PER IS 4984 (PVVNL approved) after inspection of competent committee at manufacturing site of the items with actual guarantee period.

Laying and interconnecting of above 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe 160mm OD PN 4 PE 63 GRADE UV STABILIZED AS PER IS 4984 (PVVNL approved).

Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop.

Providing of HDPE Socket suitable for HDPE pipe 160 mm OD.

Fixing of above HDPE Socket 11 KV 3x185 Sq.mm. XLPE Cable and 160mm OD pipe.

Road Restoration charges for hot mixed pakka road / CC road/ mix soil/ normal soil/ soft & hard rack as it is when start of work as per Noida Authority norms.

Laying and pulling of 11 KV 3x185 Sq.mm. XLPE Cable through HDPE pipe and loop.

Providing of 11 KV Outdoor jointing kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make suitable for 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm. XLPE cable

Fixing of above 11 KV Outdoor jointing kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make suitable for 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm. XLPE cable

Hi port test for 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm XLPE cable.

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 sq mmXLPE cable on double pole structure through GI pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long fixed on pole structure including its jumpering complete with clamps, bolts and nuts.

Providing of G.I. Pipe 150 mm dia & 3 Mtr. long for hoisting (Standard Make)

Fixing of above G.I. Pipe 150 mm dia & 3 Mtr. long for hoisting (Standard Make)

Providing & Fixing of Stone Route Marker with proper marking.

Painting of Double pole structure with pole with Alluminium Paint & Red Oxide Pain. (All material will be provided by the contractor)
