Repair/Restoration of Road Cut for strengthening tertiary water supply system and laying of T.T. water lines in left out areas to supply tertiary treated water in Chandigarh(CH.To AMRUT2.0) Sector 28ABCD Chandigarh

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m and excludig of disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dresses. All kinds of soil complete in all respects to the entire satisafaction of the Engineer - In - Charge.(Deduct Item No. 2.6.1 - 2.36 as per DSR)

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking lead up to 4km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge. (DSR No.1.1.1)

Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber,watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge. (N.S.)

Providing and Laying Granular Sub-Base by spreading and compacting coarse graded sub base material - sand, moorum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-2 of MORT&H specifications ( as pr latest revision). The material shall be mixed by Mix in Place method or with renovator at OMC and carried to site, spread in uniform layers and compacted with 8-10 tones smooth wheeled/vibratory roller to achieve density complete in all respects as per Clause 401 of MORT&H specifications.(as per latest revision).

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting the stone aggregate of 63 -45mm gauge conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-9 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision) to Water Bound Macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing and rolling with 3 SMOOTH wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Clause-404 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision ) complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. .

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting the stone aggregate of 53 -22.4mm gauge conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-9 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision) to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate of wearing layer and compacting to the required density complete as per Clause 404 of MORT&H specifications( as per latest revision ) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing coarse in single coat using crushed stone aggregate of 13 mm nominal size as per table 500.20 of MORT&H specification @ 0.010 cum per 10 sqm on a layer of bituminous binder grade ( 80/100 ) VG-10 bulk laid @ 1.0 kg per sqm on prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled wheeled roller including of bitumen to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and laying surface dressing 2nd coat using crushed stone aggregate of 10 mm nominal size as per table 500.20 of MORT&H specification @ 0.008 cum per 10 sqm on a layer of bituminous binder grade ( 80/100 ) VG-10 bulk laid @ 0.90 kg per sqm on prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled wheeled roller including of bitumen to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top placed at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.(DSR No. 4.1.10)
