Cutting holes of superficial area not exceeding 150 sq. cm. into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required.

Cutting holes of superficial area not exceeding 100 sq. cm. into or through reinforced cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. including reinforcement is cut through complete.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil.

Removing excavated soil material exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing where directed.

M&L for PCC Type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

S&F Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality-A.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc., finishing surfaces of concrete even and rough complete all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey pigment cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick cement and sand mortar in 1:6 on floor surfaces for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling including necessary hooking with nuts and bolts for nailing at edged of mesh complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for design mix M-20 PCC, Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in shotcreting method over GI wire mesh fixed on prepared earth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25 mm dia high yield strength deformed TMT bars on scarp portion of land slide area, insertation to a depth of as ordered by Engineer-in-Charge using soil nailing technique by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 8mm dia 200 mm long galvanised iron J- hook bolts fixed in holes and secured with MS plate 10 cm x 10 cm, 4mm thick to the GI steel wire mesh in position and grouting holes with cement mortar 1:2 including forming mortice holes suitable to the size of J-hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The spacing or intervals of J-hook bolts shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for quarried stone boulder pitching, grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for quarried stone boulder pitching (using boulders obtained from dismantling), grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Stone boulders obtained from dismantling in Sl item No. 17 here in above shall be reused.

Cutting channels, grooves or rebates into or through concrete with reinforcement, exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 30cm girth, and trimming surface, including reinforcement is cut through complete.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks with minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg/ Sqcm, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Inner girth only measured.

M&L for quarried stone boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in vertical bunds with sloping face (wire crate measured separately) complete all as specified.

Labour only for quarried stone boulder filling (using boulders obtained from dismantling) dry, handpacked tightly, as in vertical bunds with sloping face (wire crate measured separately) complete all as specified. Note: Stone boulders obtained from dismantling in Sl item No. 17 here in above shall be reused.
