Painting of street light spoles two coats of green paints.(Make- narolec/asian paints)

Part (B) Repairing ,renovation and restoring of high mast lights at children park, main meadow park, Padora park and youth hostel Patnitop.

Renovation of high mast pole by way of : A) Dismantling of winch assembly, pulleys, cable, cable ties after lowering down the carriage assembly and removing damaged lights along with the lighting ring and attachments. B) Replacements of fully damaged parts like roller bearings, pinion gear, cable ties, handle, pulleys, carriage arm brackets including fasteners, nuts and bolts. C) Realigning, welding and fabrication of carriage ring and pole head for installation of 4 no’s LED floods lights. The job shall include cutting of drive shaft pipe housing and re-welding the same after refitting the repaired parts. D) Application of petroleum grease to gears, bushes and shaft for smooth workability. E)Finishing the high mast pole including carriage lantern system by applying a coat of red oxide primer after scrubbing and sanding the ready mix synthetic enamel paint to pole as well as carriage, lantern and brackets.

Providing, installation and testing of 160W LED flood lights to be mounted of carriage ring brackets of high mast pole. Make: Crompton Bajaj, Philips.

Repairs LT outdoor panel by ways of removing damaged parts and fitting of a)MCB 240/415v, 6A=04 no’s b)1.5 sq mm insulated copper wire = 160mtr c)MCB DP =32A =01 NO’S d)Terminals for incoming and outgoing line e)Time switch for automatic operation luminaries=01 no’s f) Welding to damaged panel door and fabrication of new door hinges and locking arrangement. g)Painting of enamel in and outside surfaces by ready mixed synthetic enamel paints 02 coats after cleaning, removing all rust formation on panel by scrubbing and sanding the rough surfaces.
