Monthly SCADA Maintenance of 132kV Kaithi S/s. :-
SCADA IEC61850 Client-Server topology testing for smooth operation of Equipment. IEC-60870-5-101 SCADA over Serial communication protocol for SLDC Data needs to be checked for data packets sending with real time and its remote tripping from SLDC. IEC-60870-5-104 SCADA over RJ45 communication protocol for SLDC Data needs to be checked for data packets sending with real time and its remote tripping from SLDC. Modbus RTU communication testing for Metering parameters from energy meters. DNP-3 over RJ45 communication protocol for SLDC Data needs to be checked for data packets sending with real time and its remote tripping from SLDC. IEC61850 Relay Healthiness/communication link testing from SCADA HMI. Testing and rectification of CRP signals to SCADA HMI like, equipment isolators, Earth switch, Circuit Breakers and CTs & PTs from field to SCADA HMI as per approved schematics. SCADA operation healthiness checking of primary equipment like isolators, Earth switch, Circuit Breakers. BCU operation healthiness checking from IEDs to Primary equipment. SCADA HMI soft interlocks and its logic from BCUs to each feeder in Local/Remote mode and its healthiness checking for smooth operation for future. Checking of buffered/Unbuffered Reports of SCADA. To avoid interruption in SCADA system and its backup storage of Hot and standby SCADA HMI-1/2 will be recovered. Communication System architecture and fiber optics path between IEDs/BCUs to SCADA HMI-1/2 healthiness checking. 13.Replacing the damaged/faulty fiber patch cables for smooth operation of the System. Checking of events, alarm, SOE and reports of integrating system with time stamping. GPS synchronization healthiness checking with BCUs/relays
Emergency maintenance of SCADA System:-
Rectification of problem in 48 hrs from Remote/on site, the time of intimation as per direction of supervising engineer. Like, Data is stopped due communication link break to SLDC, System Crash and any Hardware failure in SCADA system
