Disbursement towards maintenance of A-14 Kalkaji Extension Flats. Sub Head - Providing/supplying Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of 5 Nos. RO Plants (2000 LPH) at A-14, Kalkaji Extension New Delhi.

The scope of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for five (5) RO plants, each with a capacity of 2000 LPH, includes regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure uninterrupted operations. The service covers monthly routine visits for system inspection, cleaning and replacement of pre-filters, membrane flushing, and chemical cleaning (CIP) as required. It also includes the checking and calibration of flow meters, pressure gauges, and TDS meters to maintain operational accuracy. The contract further encompasses the inspection of high-pressure pump efficiency, dosing pump check-up with chemical top-up, and verification of solenoid and control valves for smooth functioning. Additionally, the electrical panel and automation system will be inspected to ensure proper operation. Media filter backwashing and recharging will be carried out as needed, and periodic water quality testing will be conducted to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Emergency breakdown support is included to minimize downtime, along with a one-time replacement of membranes and filters during the AMC period. Repairs beyond normal wear and tear will also be addressed etc completed or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
