Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m wide but exc 1.5m and n exc 3.0m deep for foundation of poles strut/stays etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for locally available river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned/consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type-1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified and directed. (Make: Mahtab tiles / Alankar Tiles/Pearlers Industries/SIND Mozaic Gujrat/JJ Concrete Lucknow).

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" 80mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends complete. (Make:- Jindal/Prakash Surya/Tata)

M & L painting of 11mtr steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for HT over head line with two coat of Aluminum paint including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole No. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and making 03 Nos. black and 02 Nos. yellow bands /strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete.

Ditto all as per Item No. 9 above but HT 02 pole structure complete.

Supply and fixing in repair of single disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type with clamp suitable for the conductor of required size and working pressure 11000 volts complete. Make : Rashtriya /Jaipuria / Pactil /Alstom

Ditto All as per item No 12 above but for working pressure 33000 volts grade.

Supply and fixing in repair Pin type insulator, porcelain, Vitreous (single disc assembly), white, brown or green including 01 No. galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and nuts,150 mm height, 150 mm dia, suitable for working pressure of 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed. Servicing of air break gang operated switch and DO fuse unit upto 400 amps capacity , 11 KV vertical or horizontal type mounted including insulator and operating mechanism and repair/ replacement of broken/worn out component, insulator etc for smooth functioning including oiling and greasing and testing complete. Note :- Spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item.

M&L for disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers of suitable size for HT over head line / Sub Station of any size and length after removing binding wire / Sub Station connector of AB switch / DO fuse unit and replacement with the new ACSR weasel conductor jumpers including PVC sleeves in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length 1.5 mtr including new winding wire / connectors suitable for AB switch / DO fuse unit including provn of conducting jelly all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing overhauling & Maintenance of HT VCB installed at Substation complete including the following:- (a)Switching off HT Breaker isolating from incoming supply (b) Testing & callibration of all moving & fixing contacts. (c) Testing & checking of following :- (i) Low voltage coil, (ii) Over voltage coil, (iii) No volt coil, (d) Testing & Checking of all internal wiring connection, (e) Testing of all LED indicator lamps.

S & F cross arms of mild steel channel or angle sections of required size and shape including clamps, D clamps, eye hooks, back plate with bolts, nuts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, insulator in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one priming coat and two coats of aluminum paint including preparation of surfaces complete.

Supply and Fixing of air break gang operated switch 33 KV horizontal type mounted including insulator and operating mechanism and testing all component complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Air break gang operated switch 33 KV horizontal type fixed on steel structure and steel structure measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of any description for painting of fencing posts, MS flats, MS welded mesh inside or out side power house or sub stn with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground or fixed on poles/transformers for earthing etc. of size32mmx6mm galvanised iron strip including making lap joints with GI nuts, bolts& two nos washers complete all as directed & specified.

M & L for dismantling & taking out burnt cable end (one side) transformer or LT panel/LT feeder pillar box including excavation of refilling complete and cut the burnt cable end and making suitable for reconnections to cable with proper luging & glanding of transformer /LT panel of cable size upto 185 sqmm and 3.5 core all as specified and directed.

M&L for spraying chemical (roundup) on area to remove unwanted vegetation /grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note- (1). Disconnecting the power supply of existing 250 KVA out door type step down transformer and stabilizer, removing all electrical connections and shifting the same on MES store yard and fixing same after bldg repair and using the transformer as spare( one no) complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the power supply of existing 500 KVA out door type step down transformer, removing all electrical connections and Taking down carefully shifting to workshop for repair purpose and refix after repair at site including centrifusing Filteratin/dehydration of transformer oil including filter action using automatic centrifusing machine to achieve min. 35 to 50 KV breaking capacity at 4 mm gap by absorbing and abolishing all sludge particles for use as per BS-B 66-1983 complete and painting of transformer and writing of MES No complete , connected to all HT/ LT connection at site .Transformer Testing By Engr -in-Charger complete all as directed.( spare shall be paid separately)

Material and labour for boring holes under the road/ high way /pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one metre blow ground level complete all as specified and directed .( the cost of HDPE pipe shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Material and labour for repair of RMU Model No-MCR 4 Function make Lucy electric india Pvt Ltd including replacement of burnt bush and bush insulator ,gasket,bush cover- 06 nos including checking gas pressure, top up gas, circuit wiring and nut bolt washer and packing material complete all as specified and directed .
