Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces upto 15 metre height including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removal of rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces upto 15 metre height in cement mortar 1:6, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces upto 15 metre height in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, including finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, columns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position up to 15 meter height by dismantling loose/ disintegrated portion including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements including chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm x 1 mm securing with clips/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15 mm to 50 mm thick, using 6 to 12 mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey building, if required and finished with 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated concrete/ plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
