Scarifying existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scraified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2. (For Carted Earth upto 2.0 Km).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .(For BC)

Providing and laying of dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 505 complete in all respects. ( Grading -II)

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 100-120 batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% as per job mix, and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M-25 As per Ref to MoRTH specifications 1500, 1700 & 2100 Sr.No 12.8 RCC Grade M-25

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications

Bricks Ballast 40 mm gauge filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall complete as per drawing & technical specification.

M-20 : Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and as per MORT&H Specification Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 1000mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in Single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 600mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in Single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry

Supply and laying of the cement gray of ordinary re. 80 mm thick l-shape mechanically comperessed inter locking cement concrete praver block manufactured by high pressure and controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200*(160+120) mm with minimum 5 mm thick toppin of Op cement mixed with 25% marble of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 Mpa & 4.5 kg/No including cost of material labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (For Carted Earth upto 2.0 Km).

Fixing Km, stoen, hectometer stone etc complete. Miscellanious work as lattering and painting on km, hectometer stones and culvert provision.
