Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5mtr in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (All kind of soil = 75%,. Ordinary Rock 25%.

Earthwork excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting Edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil. (For all strucutre except 3.00mtr and 6.00mtr span culvert)

(All kind of soil = 60%,. Hard Rock = 20%, Soft rock = 20%) Ordinary Rock. (For 3.00mtr & 6.00mtr span RCC culvert)

Providing, laying watering and compacting in layers not exceeding 200mm thick with 80-100 KN road roller, river bed material free of organic material mixed with coarse aggregate / round Nalla shingle maximum aggregate size 75 mm including carriage from source of supply to site of work inclusive of all leads and lifts complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size crushed.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finishing and Reinforcement- All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 course sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed)

Providing and laying of in position cement concrete in retaining walls return walls, wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, butteresses, string or laces, courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, sunken floors fillets etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing: 1 : 3 :6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (Crushed) (For drain, partly R/wall and culvert bed)

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting, bending , placing in position and binding all complete thermo-Mechanically treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Above 20cms wide

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Retaining walls. return walls. walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters. buttresses. plinth and strmg courses fillets etc

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mmthick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. Crushed.

Providing and Laying in position of 0.90 mtr dia Hume Pipes culver as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (all complete job).

Providing and Fixing 3”dia. PVC pipe for weep hole complete job.

Dumping of stones incl. cost of stones in horizontal on level incl. all leads, lifts and carriage complete

Filling available excavated earth (excl. rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate screening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with (63mm – 45mm size) including screening 13.20mm size.

Carriage of Material by Mechanical Transport incl. all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

Stone aggregate above 40mm for an average lead of 20km.

Stone aggregate below 40mm for an average lead of 20km.

Sand for an average lead of 5 km

Stone for an average lead of 5km.

Screening / dust for an average lead of 20km.
