Mechanical & Structural Steel Works

Supply of structural steel as per IS 2062, fabricating & erection/ welding/ Bolted/ Riveted/ assembly of CS structural steel works such as built up sections, trusses, purlins, beams, columns, plates, chequered plates, Miscellaneous structures like plate EP's, Gates, Structural Supporting Stands, piping supports, etc., (other than window & door gills) fabricating, transporting, erecting at site, welding, grouting, leveling, aligning and fixing in position / site welding in their final position etc., as per approved fabrication drawings, including application of one coat of approved primer and two coats of approved quality / shade synthetic enamel paint to exposed surfaces etc.,(Total DFT=150microns) Cleaning the work area by collecting & stacking the construction waste / debris & unwanted materials outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification, as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations. Note: Cost is inclusive of Providing, fixing and removing of Scaffolding for working platform for height work (at all lifts & locations), labour & consumables. Cost is inclusive of high strength bolts, washer and nuts. Cost is inclusive of 20 % LPE of welded joints.

Supply and installation of Hilti HST3/ Fischer FAZ II make make anchor fasteners of M 16 X min. 170 mm size, Including cost of handling, scaffolding, labour, tools, drilling of holes, tightening of fasteners and deployment of required tools, machinery and consumables as per specifications/drawings/ as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply of calibrated Analog Pressure Gauge with range: 0-4 kg/cm2 (min.), resolution: 0.05 kg/cm2 or better, Accuracy: +/- 1% FSD or better as per IS 3624, SS internals and casing, and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note: Calibration certificate either from manufacturer or NABL accrediated laboratory shall be provided at the time of delivery.

Supply of calibrated Digital Pressure Gauge with range: 0-4 kg/cm2(min.), resolution: 0.05 kg/cm2 or better, Accuracy: +/- 0.2% FSD as per IS 3624 and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Supply of Inorganic Zinc Silicate Primer along with compatible thinner as specified by brand, as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Approved make of Primer Paints: Berger make Zinc Anode 304 NPC Coating, (or) Ameron make Dimetecot, (or) AkzoNobel make Interzinc 1035 coating, (or) any other alternate make with prior approval by NPCIL.

Inorganic Zinc Silicate Primer

Compatible Thinner as specified by brand of supplied primer

Supply of Heat Resistant Aluminium finish paint along with compatible thinner. The finish paint shall be compatible with the supplied primer (item no. 1.05) as per specification, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Approved make of paints: are Berger make Lumerous HR/47, (or) Ameron make Amercoat 741, (or) AkzoNobel make Intertherm 50 coating, (or) any other alternate make with prior approval by NPCIL.

Heat Resistant Aluminium finish paint

Compatible Thinner as specified by brand of supplied finish paint

Application of Inorganic Zinc Silicate Primer to achieve a DFT of 60-75 microns for SG and its supports with compatible thinner/ cleaner, finish, etc.: as specified by the brand of primer, etc., including cost of all consumables, complete all as per specification, as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations.

Application of Heat Resistant Aluminium finish paint to achieve a DFT of min. 50 microns for SG and its supports, with compatible thinner/ cleaner, finish, etc.: as specified by the brand of paint, etc., including cost of all consumables, complete all as per specification, as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations.

Supply of 100 NB ISI marked, GI pipe : Heavy Grade, plain ends, Hot Finished Seamless (HFS), in 6 MTR. Lengths, Conforming to IS: 1239 as directed by Engineer In charge.

Supply of 80 NB ISI marked, GI pipe : Heavy Grade, plain ends, Hot Finished Seamless (HFS), in 6 MTR. Lengths, Conforming to IS: 1239 as directed by Engineer In charge.

Supply and delivery of 3 phase 2 HP, Size 50x40, Head 22M, Discharge 186 LPM Centrifugal pumpset at site brand new best make and with discharge duty conforming to ISI standards and its latest amendments, as per specifications and as directed by Engineer In charge.

Piping Erection: Handling, Wire brush cleaning, fabrication and Erection of Piping & its fittings/ valves on permanent pipe supports, generating reports,etc. as per Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer In-charge of the work. Refer scope of work in Section -V of the tender document for additional details. (Rate is inclusive of Hydro testing of pipeline to specified pressure as per specifications, all labour, consumables, equipments charges & arrangements etc.)

Welding of CS/ GI Piping SMAW/ TIG for BW/NW/SW/Slipon flange welding / seal welding etc including degalavanising of Pipe ends as per requirement. (Same rates for Pipe sizes 25 NB to 200 NB). Refer scope of work in Section -V of the tender document for additional details. (Rate is inclusive of all labour, equipments charges, consumables, etc.)

Carrying out Dye-Penetrant Test (DPT) for completed weld of root & final pass of piping joints as per requirement( including all consumables, labour, DPT operator & inspector, etc.).

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, plates and channels, etc. including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & application of [30-40 micron DFT per coat]of Epilux High Build Zinc Phosphate Primer and First quality synthetic Enamel paint of make Berger / Asian / Nerolac / Shalimar / ICI paints. Work involves material supply, Cleaning, Surface preparation and application of one coats zinc based primer & two coats of Synthetic enamel paint for C.S. Pipelines & Steel structures / pipe supports etc.Total DFT shall be min. 150 microns. (Rates shall be inclusive of labour & consumables, arranging scaffoldings & safety gears and as per scope of work).

Roofing & Sheeting Works

Providing and fixing 2 mm thick UV established translucent Polycarbonate sheet skylight panels including fixing in position with beadmastic tape of approved quality with adjoining sheets to avoid any leakage all complete as per technical specification-V & the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: payment will be made for projected area.

Providing and fixing on the wall surface UPVC pressure [4 kgs/sqm] Pipes of 200mm dia. Rain Water Down Commer Pipe of 4 Kgs. pressure with specials [such as tees; bends; junction with or without doors; flangs and all other required fittings etc.] of superior make, for Rain Water Down Commer Pipes including providing & Fixing necessary clamps [GI clamps of 25 mm. wide x 4 mm. thick] of length [ as per site requirement], hard wood packing pieces, PVC slovents, srews / nails, cement & sand etc, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder wherever required, collecting and disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc., complete as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.

Providing, and fixing wind driven Turbo air ventilators, made up of Aluminium of size 600mm (24" ) diameter, [area to be ventilated shall not be less than 400 sqft], including Aluminium base of thickness shall not be less than 0.7 mm and preferably profile should match with roofing to form a closed back formation. Dimension of Turbo fan 600mm X 38 vanes and fixed on base, approved make and color. All the necessary accessories required for installation shall be provided as per site requirement or directed by Engineer. Providing, fixing & removing necessary staging/ platform/ ladder wherever required collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from the work premises, complete all as per spectification section V or as directed by Engineer at all locations and at all lifts.

Electrical Works

Supply and installation of 4 way TPN vertical mounting type in sheet steel metal enclosure, Double door type MCB distribution board suitable for 415 Volts. The DB shall suitable for surface mounting, consisting of following MCB's and neutral link, complete with tinned 100A copper bus bar & other details as per technical specifications, as per relevant standards and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Cost is inclusive of the supply of following components: a) 63A TPN RCCB (30 mA) as incomer- 1 No. b) 6-32A TP (C Curve) MCB as outgoing -2 Nos. c) 6-32A SP (C Curve) MCB as outgoing -12 Nos.

Supply & Installation of 1440rpm, 15" Sweep (450 mm) heavy duty exhaust fan with bracket blades suitable to operate on 230V 50Hz, AC, with bolts and nuts and 5 A. ceiling rose with sufficient length of 23/0.0076 inch PVC insulated twin core wire complete as per specifications, as per relevant standards and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & installation of 100W LED flood light luminaries with constant current driver suitable for mounting on pole/wall with adjustable mounting bracket for fixing arrangement, shall operate on 220-240 V AC 50 Hz power supply. LED Fixture shall be of high power LED’s with Fixture efficiency > 80 Lm /W & operable life > 50,000 Hrs. generating cool white light, housed in pressure die cast aluminium alloy with higher thermal conductivity, heat resistant glass, synthetic gasket, weather proof surface coating, color rendering index shall be 75 to 80, suitable for outdoor application with IP 66 protection. The fixture shall be suitable to operate at height of about 3 to10 Mtr. complete as per specifications, as per relevant standards and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & installation 16 Amps, 3 pin, Metal clad Plug top & Socket with scrapping earth conforming to IS 8804. 16 Amps SP MCB shall be fixed on din rail completely pre-wired in sheet metal enclosure. The Sheet metal enclosure shall be of surface mounting type with powder coated equivalent to Legrand Model cat No. 5078 11.. Installation covers, supply of all consumables, rawal plug/wooden screws etc to complete the installation in all respect. All other details are as per Technical specifications, as per relevant standards and as directed by Engineer in charge on the basis of site condition.

Supply of maintenance free earthing stations as per technical specifications. The Maintenance free earth pit station made out of 3 Mtrs. length, 80mm dia Copper 250 micron coated/ GI Pipe and back filling compound & masonry chamber or readymade FRP pit cover as per IS - 3043 at location shown by the Engineer. All as per technical specifications.

Installation, testing & commissioning above earth pit supplied against item no. 3.05 at location shown by the Engineer in charge. The scope of work includes excavation of earth to the required depth and back filling with back filling compound after installation of earth electrode etc., as per technical specifications, as per relevant standards and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply & installation of 25 X 3 mm sizes of GI flat for structure/ DB/equipment earthing purpose. Flat shall be laid on floor surface /along the panel/ below finished ground level (if required) and through routes as directed by Engineer -in -Charge. The scope of work includes clamping of flat at an interval of 500 mm on wall /structure/equipment surface, laying in ground by excavating to a depth of about 300mm & in trench/floor & bending, drilling, welding & connection with required G.I hardwares etc & all other details are as per Technical specifications, as per relevant standards and as directed by Engineer In Charge on the basis of site condition.

Supply and pulling of following size 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor (multi-stranded) wire in already installed conduit/casing & capping for lighting/power circuits. The contractor has to supply the wire of required colour code for each phase, neutral & earth. The wire shall be terminated at both ends with using lugs & proper identification ferrules. All other details are as per Technical specifications, as per relevant standards and as directed by Engineer In Charge on the basis of site condition.

Civil Works

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates for levelling course for all works in foundation, plinth, bedding, platform, pathways & all other miscellaneous PCC works including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compating, levelling, finishing, curing, formwork etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications & as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note: Rates shall be including the cost of Formwork, staging and all other concreting forming accessories/consumable required.

Providing & Constructing Masonry with standard quality CC Solid Blocks of standard size [Approved by EIC], having crushing strength not less than 75 Kgs/cm2 & density between 1800 kg/cum to 2300 kg/cum in CM 1:5 for foundation [plinth, drains, walls & repair works etc.] & superstructure [walls] and all other miscellaneous masonry works for foundation & superstructure etc.including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces & cleaning at all locations & lifts/heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying External Cement Plaster (New or Old repair / patch / rectification works) 18 mm thick in Two Coats. Base coat shall be 12 mm thick in CM 1:5 & finishing coat shall be 6 mm thick in CM 1:3 (sponge finished) with approved Non-Shrink Water Proofing Compound @ 2 % by the weight of cement / as per the recommendation of the manufacturer to the Masonry surfaces & concrete surfaces etc. rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including curing; including providing and fixing with all necessary consumables fixtures chicken wire or fibre mesh over the junction/interface of different material surface such as RCC/Masonary wherever required;including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plasterd surfaces & cleaning at all locations & lifts / heights etc.all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Internal Cement Plaster (New or Old repair / patch / rectification works ) 12 mm thick in CM 1:4 to the masonry & concrete surfaces etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including curing,providing and fixing with all necessary consumables , fixtures chicken wire or fibre mesh over the junction/interface of different material surfaces such as RCC/Masonary wherever required;including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plasterd surfaces & cleaning at all locations & lifts / heights etc.all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-incharge .

Supply of 1.5 mm thick PVC vinyl flooring sheet/ panels as per technical specification-V & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Placement/ Laying of PVC vinyl flooring sheet with all consumables like adhesives, etc. on sub floor stretching, cutting and fixing complete , including cost of consumables, complete as per specifications-V & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Powder Coated Aluminium frames and shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for 2 track & 3 track windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. Note:- Glazing shall be paid separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick Clear Glass for Windows, Ventilator, Partitions, door & other opening etc. with nylon / rubber clear beading, Glass shall be of approved make & quality and free from all defects, cutting to required shape & size as per site requirement, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing MS structural steel works like Grills for windows, ventilators, sliding gates, entrance gates, ladders work [openings] & all other miscellaneous structural steel works etc using approved mild steel sections. Including, collecting, loading / unloading, carriage, fabricating and fixing in position with hold fasts in PCC (1:2:4) by chipping the masonry / concrete, finishing the same, curing aligning the grills to true line, level, plumb, providing, fixing and removing necessary scaffolding / platform, surface preparation by cleaning & brushing with wire brush for removal of oil, grease, dead mortar, dust, dirt, loose particles & other unwanted matters, rate shall be inclusive of all required consumables & miscellaneous materials providing & painting one coat of approved primer and two coats of approved quality / shade synthetic enamel paint and cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / unwanted materials outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification, as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations.

Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel tower bolt of size 200 mm long & 10 mm dia of approved quality & make for door shutter, ISI marked, required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete, cleaning the work areas and disposing the debris / waste outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts and locations.

Providing and fixing 200 mm grip D type bright / matt finished Stainless Steel door handles of approved quality & make for door shutter with necessary screws etc., complete, cleaning the work areas and disposing the debris / waste outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Filling of available excavated soil for filling trenches, depressions, plinth, sides of foundations, etc. as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying RCC of grade 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, Chajjas, Lintels, bedding, platform, pathways, walk ways and all miscellaneous in-situ concrete works etc. including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete & plastered surfaces, mechanical mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compacting, levelling, finishing & curing at all locations & lifts / heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: 1) Reinforcement shall be paid shall be paid as per the relevant item. 2)Rates shall be including the cost of Formwork, staging and all other concreting forming accessories/consumable required.

Providing and laying Steel Reinforcement of grade Fe-500 / Fe-500 D HYSD bars of all diameters as per IS:1786 [latest edition] of brand approved by EIC including removing loose scales, cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all in-situ concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks at all locations & lifts /heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fire Fighting

Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of 63 mm dia single headed Gunmetal Hydrant Valve with flanged inlet, stop valve, spindle and cast iron hand wheel to suit 80 NB pipe flange. It has a female instantaneous outlet with Blank Cap and is Hydrostatically tested to 21Kgf/cm2 pressure having a flow rate of 900 LPM at 7Kgf/cm2 of pressure with blank cap and wheel as per IS 5290 etc. complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Cost is inclusive of Supply of compatible fasteners & Flange.

Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of Hose cabinet made out of 18 gauge M.S. sheet with double glass door with lacing arrangement and painted with two coats of Fire red Enamel paint at outer side of the Box and two coats of white enamel paint at inner side of the box is to accomodated 2 Nos.of Fire hose box size min. 20"x24"x10" complete including cost of materials like bolts and nuts and rubber insertion etc, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying of four bucket stand alongwith buckets, painted with two coats of Fire red Enamel paint and installation of the same at the location identified by Engineer In Charge Complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of Reinforced Rubber Lined 2 nos. RRL Fire hose of 63mm dia 15m length as per IS8423 binded with one set of male and Female lnstantainious Gunmetal coupling as per IS 903 complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
