Special repair and maint of Anti Load Shedding measures, replacing damaged and worn-out internal wiring in living accn and allied E and M works and maint of existing 500 KVA LT Transformer and allied works for ORs married accommodation at Kashiram

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Maint of Anti Load Shedding measures, replacing damaged and worn-out internal wiring)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.55 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, /casing caping with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required (Group B) and as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with 2 x 2.5 sq mm + 1 x 2.5 sq mm earth wire sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit /casing caping as required and as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with 2 x 6 sq mm earth wire sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit/casing caping as required and as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge. .

Supplying and fixing of 5/6 amps switch piano type on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 3 pin 5/6 socket outlet on the switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing brass buttons/ PVC angle holder incl connection as required.

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing switch box including connections as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6 pin 15/16 amps switch piano type on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6 pin 15/16 socket outlet on the switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 2 + 4 way, single door way ,single pole and neutral ,sheet steel ,MCB distribution board 240 volts on surface/ recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral link, earth etc. as required. (But without MCB/ RCCB/ Isolator).

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 rating, 240/415 volts, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for single pole inductive load of poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 40 amps rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SCHEDULE ‘B’ PART - I (Maint of existing 500 KVA LT Transformer and allied works) :- Disconnecting/ dismantling in position of 11 KVA distribution transformers 500 KVA capacity for any type of leakage/ defect at LT/HT bushing, gasket, drain plug etc., after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections, transporting to workshop/ factory for repair, drain out transformer oil and keeping close containers for re-use, lifting/ removing of top cover of transformer if it requires, re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site, re filling of Transformer oil, complete after electric connection and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - (i) If retrieved transformer oil’s di-electric strength is very less, then it will be replaced with new on in relevant items as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) If any items like winding of HT coil, reconditioning of LT coil, spares like breather, silica jel shall be measured in appropriate item for smooth functioning of transformer including general, the cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rates. (iii) Any minor items like nut, bolt are included in the item rate. (iv) Transportation to workshop by contractor rate for which is dimmed to be included in the item.

M/L for rewinding of HT coil of transformer with super enameled double paper covered copper winding wire of existing size and Nos of turns alongwith insulating materials like latheoriest paper insulations cotton, tape/ empire tape, wooden block packing and PVC sleeves soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish, de moisturizing, heating drying etc including primary testing, ration testing, no load testing, core bolt insulation testing complete. Note :- Rewinding and testing of transformer to be carried out through approvaed firm.

Labour only for taking out unserviceable winding wire and material and labour for reconditioning of LT copper strip existing size including insulating material with latheorised paper insulation, cotton tapes empire tapes, wooden block packing and PVC sleeve soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish, heating drying, testing of coils etc complete transformer capacity of 500 KVA. Note : - Reconditioning and testing of transformer to be carried out through approved firm.

M & L for filling/ topping of new transformer at various location at site as directed, transformer oil confirming to IS: 335 having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Make : Power oil & equivalent approved by engineer-in-charge).Note :- (i) Transformer oil shall be supply only in sealed barrel of 210 ltr each.(ii) Item rate includes transportation & T&P required.

Providing and fixing 100 Ampr TPN 415V main switch fuse unit (Havells) and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and laying and testing armored XLPE cables (LT) 11 KV grade insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip eclectic power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 50 sqm 3 1/2 core (Gen room to officer mess)

Supply and fix HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete with drop out fuse having 9 insulator of rating upto 400 Amps.

Providing electric rubber hand gloves 11 KV.
