The work will involve conducting all the necessary Fire Consultancy Services like preparation of Load Bearing Certificate, Structural Bearing Certificate, Electrical Safety Audit Certificate, 3rd Party Audit Report, Installation Certificate, Recommendation Report, conduct Mock Drills in the office building and prepare the mock drill report with necessary Photos and Videos and any other documents required which will facilitate the filling of the form online on the website {https://odishafire.odisha.gov.in/} on behalf of CMPDI RI-7 and getting the NOC and Fire safety Certificate with validity of 2 years. The bidder will have to bear the online fees and any other expenses associated with the work.It is the reponsibility of bidder for conducting drills, preparation and submission of all the necessary reports online and getting the necesssary Fire Safety Certificate from the Odisha Fire and Emergency Service for the office building with a validity period of 2 years. The bidder will visit the office building and conduct necessary inspections before placing their bids. The bidder will have to rectify all the shortfalls associated with fire safety including fire extinguishers, all Certificates and reports, fire drawings, etc of the office building before applying for the Fire Safety Certificate. The bidder will have to indemnify the company against any losses or penalties incurred due to Odisha Fire and Emergency Service department.
