Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Repairing and fabrication, providing of 50 mm (2") dia GI pipeline including cutting, gas cutting, welding with flanges and bends, supply and fitting of 50 mm dia Hydraulic Hose Pipe (3000 mm length, 1150 PSI) with MS fittings on both ends, matching, alignment and connection of supply water pipeline to fog cannon, and associated GI fittings (socket, short piece, flanges, HT nut & bolts) including all required labour and materials complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of rusted steel surface of existing frame structure including removal of loose scales, dust and dirt by wire-brushing/scrapping, making surface ready for painting

Applying priming coat with ready-mixed red-oxide zinc-chromate primer of approved brand on steel work

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi-Surface Paint of required shade, two or more coats over primer of approved brand

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
