Improvement of electro mechanical components at WSS Chenani by way of repair to 140 ampere rating panel installed at pumping station Chenani stage-1st. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel. The job includes replacement of damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller (CB4SA) unit by way of providing and fitting of new one of same rating. Repair of 140 ampere LT control panel to be carried out by extraction of worn-out contactor kits of MNX 140-2nos. from the starter assembly and providing and fitting of new kits of same rating of L&T make. Providing and fitting of current transformer-3nos. digital voltmeter and amperemeter-1no. each. Job also includes Providing and fitting of MCCB-2nos. alongwith allied works at pumping station Chenani stage-1st by way of extraction of damaged MCCB and then providing and fitting of new 300 ampere 50 KA -MCCB of reputed. Job further includes Providing and fitting of 240mm2 aluminum cable single core at pumping station Chenani stage-1st .The job involves isolating the transformer from incoming HT power and removal/extraction of damaged / burnt aluminum cable approximately 120 meters in length from transformer to bus bar and subsequently providing and fitting of new aluminum cable 240mm2 single core of ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation at each end. Job also covers replacement of damaged 80 mm dia cast iron check valve and 80 mm dia cast iron sluice valve together with connected flanges on delivery side with new valves of cast steel, of same size and requisite rating together with new compatible pipe flanges, nuts, bolts and gaskets including cutting, welding, grinding work for extraction of old flanges and fixing of new flanges. Repair to 60 HP motor at pumping station Tandar by decoupling of pump and motor. Dismantling of motor and extraction of rotor from the stator and loading in the vehicle. Job further includes providing and fitting of new bearing as per old sample. Providing and fitting of side cover of the motor. Complete rewinding of 60 HP motor. Carriage of rotor upto the station and inserting of rotor in the stator and then coupling with pump at site and then testing at load. Job further includes Complete rewinding of Horizontal Sq. Cage Motor (High speed) with B/F Class insulating material and S.E Copper wire including, dismantling, varnishing, heat treatment for any current leakages, fitting, Calibration of panel at site, making connections, Testing on no load at workshop after then full load at site. - 100 HP motor. The job includes repairs to 100 HP induction motor rotor shaft by turning, finishing to size and polishing. Fabrication and fitting of CI sleeves of exact size-02 nos to end covers. P/F of bearings of reputed make at DE and NDE as per sample. P/F of studs, nuts and bolts in place of damaged studs, nuts and bolts as per requirement and Labour charges for carriage / shifting of motor from pumping station to road side and back including loading / unloading charges up to 200 mtrs. Job further includes repair to 250 KVA electric transformer at pumping station Chenani by way of disconnecting of distribution transformer HT links and HT / LT side cables. Dismounting from poles / platform using hydra crane and skilled labour. Rewinding of core by Providing and fitting of HV leg coil Al. 85 kg. Rewinding of core by Providing and fitting of LV leg coils Al. 65 kg. Job also includes repair to 100 KVA electric transformer by way of disconnecting of distribution transformer HT links and HT / LT side cables. Dismounting from poles / platform using hydra crane and skilled labour.
