Sch 'A' Part - VII : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure for 4 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door, VTPN with 200 amps rated bus bar, IP-43 protection suitable for fixing MCCB as incomer and MCB as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure for 12 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door, VTPN with 200 amps rated bus bar, IP-43 protection suitable for fixing MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 100 amps 4 pole 25 KA model DPX3 160 suitable for VTPN DBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix power distribution sockets in test bench with following specifications: (a) 28 V DC 3 pin socket -02 Nos (b) 36 V AC 3 phase 400Hz 5 pin socket (c)115 V AC Single phase 400 Hz 3 pin socket (d) 208 V AC 3 phase 400HZ (e)230V AC single phase 50HZ (UPS) (f) 440V AC 3 phase 50Hz (g)Test bench illuminator (f) RYB indicators duly fixed with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Wall mounting fan 230V single phase oscillating 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED PANEL SQUARE 2 x 2, 36 Watt LED ceiling light fitting suitable for grid ceiling with electronic driver complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination, 2 in 1, 6 pin, 5/6 amps and 15/16 amps multipurpose, Weather proof sockets all as specified and as directed. (For proposed shelter)

AIR CONDITIONING Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 to 260 V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +\- 2.5% and of capacity 4KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

EPU FLOOR Material and labour for 5mm thick EPU floor coating of Make Cipy polyurethanes Pvt Ltd or equivalent approved as per the manufacturers instruction as stated below complete all as specified and directed.

(i) Priming Coat :- (a) The prepared surface to be tested for moisture content with moisture meter and moisture content shall be below 5%. For every 500 sqm, a minimum 5 reading should be taken to assess the average moisture content in th surface. Note :- Before priming the old surface shall be prepared by cleaning of all dust, dirt, paint, moisture, oil, grease and all form of material from the floor by mechanically scarifying, grinding, vacum cleaning by using scrubbers, hard blowers, vaccum cleaners, moisture resting etc for 1-2mm top concrete layer till good concrete surface free from all foreign materials is obtained and then cleaned by acid itching with alkaline wash followed by healthy water wash then the floor should be cleaned by using appropriate solvent, dogrease/cleaner to remove all residues. (b) Apply low viscous epoxy primer Cipoxy 15 @ 5 sqmt/litre @ a thickness of 200 microns, with resin and hardener in 2:1 ratio by volume using stiff brush of roller. The primer should be tack free before application of screed coat. (ii) Screed Coat :- "Screed coat shall be 4mm (4000 microns) average thickness.Screed coat shall consist of cipoxy 15 resin, cipoxy 15 hardener and formulated aggregates FQ sand 300 in ratio mentioned as below:- Copoxy 15 Resin + hardener = 2.00 Lt FQ Sand 300 = 5.00 Kgs Note :- Mixing to be done correctly with an electric variable speed mixer thoroughly till obtaining homogeneous mixture." (iii) Top Coat :- Top coat shall be cipy cipothane SL of 800 microns. The material for top coat shall be supplied in pre weighed packs and ready to mix and use. The material shall consist of resin, hardener, formulated aggregates and EPI in the preweighed kit.

MISC ITEMS Supply and fix aluminium composite panel of 4mm thick exterior grade in wall / column / false ceiling of any pattern and design ( design and pattern consist of combination of two or more colours)with combination of aluminium skin material of 0.25mm thick (two or more metallic coloured coating sheet as directed) aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100-H14 cover material, coated on external side with PVDF coating containing 70% resins for anti-fungal and anti bacterial properties and the center core shall be with natural polyethelene (HDPE) bonded to the aluminium skin on both side over aluminium frame of section 50 mm x 37 mm x 1.6 mm (16 gauge) fixed on the wall/ Ceiling. Cladding panel to be fixed with rawl plug and SS screw all as approved on walls and roof including necessary accessories, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix Anti Bird Proofing PVC Coated Nylon Net having width of not less than 5 m and any length close knit streachable protective coating against fading from UV rays complete all as per directions of Engr-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions.

AC CLOSED CABIN FOR TECH FLIGHT Material and Labour for drilling 12-18mm dia holes in to the existing PQC surface/ coloumn/beam/ wall of any decsription at in any position and fixting the hole by anchorage bolts of with Fosroc Lokfix is a two-component polyester resin anchoring grout chemical for firmly fixing complete complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC profile ceiling of surface laminated any pattern and any shape of 7 to 10mm thickness and any colour at any position over a grid of Galvanised iron channels is installed on the wall, which works as a base to install the PVC profile panels. Each panel have to interlock with each other complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 12mm thick crystal polish toughen glass as cubical cabin/ workring table of any position locations as directed/indicated with required material like adhesives /chemical solutions complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SHED Supply and fix 1.50mx1.50m x1.25mm thick MS sheet Fire equipment board having 6 hooks of size 50mmx4mm fillet 06 Nos at equal distance and hanging hook and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and necessary fixing arrangements on wall like MS clamps, bolts / MS screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.
