Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below are above the ground level)complete all as specified & directed.

M& L 150 mm thick Plain cement concrete in flooring, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L dressed laterite stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete including demolition of old one all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L applying 3 coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 200x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including backing plaster of 10mm thick of cement mortar 1:4 including dismantaling of old unserviceble tiles with backing plaster complete all as specified & directed.

M & L 25 mm thick Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as levelling course including demolition of old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including screed bed of 15mm thick of cement mortar 1:6 including dismantaling of old unserviceble tiles with screed bed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite(of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing with and including screed bed of 15mm thick of cement mortar 1:6 including dismantaling of old unserviceble stone with screed bed complete all as specified & directed.

S&F non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including screed bed of 15mm thick of cement mortar 1:6 including dismantaling of old unserviceble tiles with screed bed complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing in the same opening shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sq. M but not exceeding 2 Sq. M each including taking down old one complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 100mm Butt Hinges medium weight,cold rolled, mild steel, and fixed ,complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 for roof including dismantling of old unserviceable trusses all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling of old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires ,any mesh,size and rtpe to any type of standards,rails ,straining bolts ,etc including provission of binding wire including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing including,any size or type complete all as specified & directed.

M&L angle iron posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed.

M & L of Roof Treatmrnt as per following:-1.Taking down existing roof treatment sheet without disturbing plastering coat beneath old water proofing sheet tretment ,cleaning and preparation of old surfaces and 2. material and labour for applying oil based bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 @0.20 kg/sqm on prepared surface and 3. applying of one coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @1.20 kg/sqm and 4. applying roof treatment with consists of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane(APP) of minimum 3 mm thick within considering mineral and minimum weight not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 160 gm/sqm) having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade ,longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/sqm ,tearing strength of 180 N,applied by torch-on application including min 10cm overlap and 15 cm end lap and 5.applying of one coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS [email protected] kg/sqm over the membrane and 6. then applying solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint for thermal insulation @0.10 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed
