M & L for Non-skid ceramic premium quality coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

All as per Sl item No. 103 above but in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Single charge, stainfree, vitrified tiles, Premium (1st) quality straight edge, coloured tiles 600 X 600 mm and 9-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light coloured tiles as in approved shade, set & jointed in neat cement including and over 15mm th screed bed in CM (1:6) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc. complete all as specified.

Ditto as item above but as in skirting over cement mortar backing plaster in CM1:3 10mm thick

Material & Labour for ceramic out door tiles 300mmx300mmx10mmm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 .

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M & L for Granite of black / green / imperial red (colour as approved by Accepting Officer) of any type machine cut as in shelves/steps/counter tops, 20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick / rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive for fixing on unpolished kota stone slabs and including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing and bull nose on exposed sides complete all as specified . Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves or equivalent as approved by accepting officer .

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M L for Jodhpur stone for foothpath , self faced, 3.5 to 5 cm thick laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6in cooking platform, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over, laid over cement screed base , jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mxed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick (in single piece as vertical support and horizointal base for granite top) laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6in cooking platform, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) with 20mm garded stone aggregate in copings.apex stones,columns, posts, boundary pillars, frame of jallies etc and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match

Dismantling of Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately)

M&L for special treatment to floor/wall sunken portion with demolition of PCC with plaster of entire sunken area (bottom & sides upto dado level) including removal of demolished material exc 250m and n exc 500m, prepration of surface by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc, replacement of floor trap, and applying 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) with WPC liquid Conplast 421,and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 priming coat @1Ltr/5Sqm, after the priming coat applying Nitoproof 120 on plastered surfaces @1Ltr/2.5Sqm, filling the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) using brick bat and WPC Conplast - 421, rendering again 20mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC Conplast - 421, area of floor upto 1.2Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, holes in Brick walls, Stone walls, concrete block or slab walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth all as specified and as directed.
