PERIODICAL SERVICES AND CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND BOUNDARY WALL IN DOMESTIC AREA UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc and removing all debris to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 100 mtrs,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 6th story complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces on walls mixed with integral liquid WPC by weig (WPC shall be measured and paid in respective item of WPC). complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge. Note:- 1.The plaster shall be executed in patches as per ground requirement at any where and upto the any height and contractor shall have to provide formwork as per ground or upto any height including necesaary safety precaustion should be carried out for site execution, No extra payment will be paid by department.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work/stone work on Walls in cement mortar 1:6, on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th story complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for making good the surface of chajja/facia/roof projection/ceiling etc by providing cement plaster 1:3 with anti-rust paint as per standared provision and necessary formwork,scaffolding required upto the 4th story complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge. Note :-No extra cost will be bourne by department.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls upto 30 mtr height including applying one coat primer and two coats of exterior quality paint in camoflaging pattern Make: Asian Ultima protek/ Nerolac excel Excel top guard / Berger Paint weather Coat long life offering ten years guarantee (with RGB value in SIGMA Pattern) in any tint on melbow width like roof projection, facia, Chhajja etc) all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per Pattern approved by USER's for the Comflage pattern.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls,Applying two coats of distemper with oil emulsion over a coat of primer including necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th story complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Prepration of new surfaces of ceiling incliuding scraping of old flakes with the help of mechenical /elcterical sander ,washing down with help of water and apply three coat of white wash on surface of ceiling complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for prepration of new/old surfaces of wall and apply 2-3mm wall care cement based putty (internal and external as per ground requirement) ,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th story complete all as specified and directed and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surface,applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces including necessary filling material as required at site to make the surface smooth and even.complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.
