Material and labour for Routine maintenance of Solar water heater plant of Cap 100/200/300 /500 /1000 ltrs installed at single/ double/ triple story bldgs for preventing minor leakage using gasket of nitryl rubber of suitable thickness and size , cleaning of flat plate glass collector, cleaning / drain of water from hot and cold water tank and make up tank clean after disconnecting inlet and out let connections incl replacement of rusted nut bolts and washer of appropriate cap and refixing the same at retrieved position after cleaning for proper functioning of the system to maintain proper water temperature complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing HDPE rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical water storage tanks 250 Ltr cap (triple layered with closed top), conforming to specification of IS:12701-1996 with amendment No 1 and 2 (covered by fig 1) hoisted and fixed in position, including out let and inlet connection including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable water storage tanks of any description and capacity complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing HDPE rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical water storage tanks 500 Ltr cap (triple layered with closed top), conforming to specification of IS:12701-1996 with amendment No 1 and 2 (covered by fig 1) hoisted and fixed in position, including out let and inlet connection including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable water storage tanks of any description and capacity complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in replacement of rubber hose pipe 20 to 25 mm dia between hot water tank & collector fixed with MS clamp complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Finolex/Supreme

Dismantling of choked flat collector solar panel from existing platform after disconnecting all water connection unscrewing nut, bolts and washer, removing the collector glass and absorption plate and descaling/cleaning /removing the blockage of internal copper tubing using recommended chemicals, incl drilling of copper tubing, and gas welding to stop affected leakage spot and re-fixing the panel to its original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cracked /broken collector glass from existing panel after unscrewing screws nut, bolts and washer and supply and fixing new one collector glass of superior quality of recommended thickness and suitable size as per original existing at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Aluminum sheet of 28 SWG fixed over hot water pipe and hot water steel tank of Solar water heater system including fixing with necessary steel wire/screw and taking out old unserviceable sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Glass wool density not less than 42 Kg/Cum and fixed over outer surface of hot water pipe with the help of steel wire cloth of 0.36 nominal dia incl binding with GI binding wire and taking out old unserviceable glass wool and cleaning properly before fixing new wool complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Glass wool density not less than 42 Kg/Cum and fixed over outer surface of hot water steel tank with the help of steel wire cloth of 0.36 nominal dia incl binding with GI binding wire as per existing including all other material for fixing and taking out old unserviceable glass wool and cleaning properly before fixing new wool complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing the Stainless steel hot water tank where leakage of water by steel welding in repair upto 5cm in length and not exceeding 4mm thickness of metal to be welded and testing of leakage upto entire satisfaction of JE/Engineer-in-charge and refixing the tank after repair in original position, connecting water connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Glass wool and aluminium sheet shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule/BOQ.)

Supply and fixing in replacement Hot water tank made out of stainless steel 2 mm thick sheet, 100 Ltr cap including covering with glass wool and aluminium sheet and provision of inlet/outlet arrangement including testing after fixing with solar system as well as electric backup supply system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Hot water tank made out of stainless steel 2 mm thick sheet, 200 Ltr cap including covering with glass wool and aluminium sheet and provision of inlet/outlet arrangement including testing after fixing with solar system as well as electric backup supply system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Hot water tank made out of stainless steel 2 mm thick sheet, 300 Ltr cap including covering with glass wool and aluminium sheet and provision of inlet/outlet arrangement including testing after fixing with solar system as well as electric backup supply system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for MS cross arms, bracing, stiffeners anti climbing spikes, supports, clamps back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, eye hooks, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB ‘C’ curve suitable for 240 volts AC supply, 20Amps, DP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, fixed in existing panel/DB/Board complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Heating element 3 KW, 230 volts AC supply (ISI marked, original as per existing/sample) suitable for solar water heaters (any type) complete with rubber gasket including replacing the rusted bolts/screw if required during changing the heating elements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for concealed sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm single core (Two run) FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium quality ISI marked), on independent circuit from DB and including one run 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal/junction box, tee, bend etc. and including cutting of chases in wall, taking out old sub main wiring of any conductor any size from conduit and taking down old unserviceable conduit with fittings, and making good disturbed surfaces of walls as per original complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for surface sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm single core (Two run) FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping (heavy duty) on independent circuit and including one run 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal box, tee, bend etc. and including taking down old sub main wiring of any conductor any size from and including taking out/down broken pipe or casing caping, including making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 4 sqmm copper wire and one run casing caping shall be measured as one RM length.

Material and labour for surface sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm single core (Two run) FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping (heavy duty) on independent circuit and including one run 6 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal box, tee, bend etc. and including taking down old sub main wiring of any conductor any size from and including taking out/down broken pipe or casing caping, including making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 6 sqmm copper wire and one run casing caping shall be measured as one RM length.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting of existing pipe any dia for insertaion of tee branch as required including taking out/down old rusted pipes making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting of existing pipe any dia for insertaion of tee branch as required including taking out/down old rusted pipes making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement non return valve of brass (ISI marked) confirming to relevant IS, suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Thermostat 0 to 80 deg celcius setting, suitable for hot water storage system (solar water heaters upto 500 ltr storage capacity) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Elcon/Nenus/power king

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
