REPAIR MAINT OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT STP AND SEWAGE PUMPING SET AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN MEMAURA

Cleaning, desludging of existing sewage sump of different capacity including removal of grit/ floating materials and getting out sludge from bottom surface upto 2 mtr depth through Super Sucker Machine and disposing off the same outside Air Force Station, in an unobjectional way at isolated place including cost of necessary labour and transportation complete all as directed. Note:- Pumping out sludge water from sewage collection sump by using diesel engine operated pump and necessary diesel to arranged by contractor shall be deemed to with respect to quoted unit rate.

Replacement old activated carbon filter media from ACF tank including cleaning of ACF tank from inside by de-watering & washing with clean water and M &L and loading new activated carbon filter media in granular form with iodine value 900 IV complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of one coat of synthetic enameled paint all mild steel pipe/structure as per the standerd colour coding & showing arrow/indicator for flow of sewage water/sludge with distinguished colour of the sewage treatment plant.

Cleaning Butterfly/ check valves 40 to 100 mm dia of quantity 29 numbers and greasing with lithium based grease including clean all the parts of the valve by using any silicon based product/ lubricant and apply lithium based grease complete all as directed.

Supply & pouring and top up Compressor oil in air blower at STPs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & pouring Bio-Culture (Cow dung) in aeration tank/MBBR tank at STPs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Calcium hypochlorite granular disinfectant for water treatment, having chlorine content 60% to 70%, all as specified and directed.

Supply only Silica Sand grade 20 complete.

Supply only Alum crystal non-ferric with 85% purity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MBBR media of standard size or as per existing sample, black colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 80 kgs weight of MBBR media will be consider per CUM.

Dismantling the motor of submersible Sewage pumpset of capacity 25 HP, removing the existing burnt out winding and re-winding with suitable copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and filling of cooling oil, packing with oil seal and terminal lead for AC, three phase, 415Volts grade and other petty items required for making motor functional and motor reassembling, testing and refixing at same location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling, disconnecting the Air Blower twin lobe (Model Ser No SMK1801008TBP), 25 HP capacity, positive displacement type of pressure upto 0.8Kg/cm2 and capacity 608 Cum/hr including disconnecting from channel frame and electrical panel for complete servicing, cleaning of all dirt, dust etc including taking out gear box and refitting of gear box after oiling, greasing, alingment of pump set including replacement of other petty items such as bearing etc, required for making it functional & transportation to workshop & back for repair and re-fixing/ assembling testing to make it functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling, disconnecting the centrifugal/sewage pump 10 HP from foundation including transportation to workshop and back for repair and re - fixing after repairing and assembling the pump set including greasing and servicing complete and replacement of other petty items required for making pump functional, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including transportation to workshop for repair.

Taking out defective submersible sewage pump set of capacity up to 3 HP after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connection, complete by means using of chain pully block or other T&P, transporting to workshop for repair / replacement of worn out parts, servicing and overhauling complete with oiling/ greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling of submersible pumpset with motor and shifting back to borewell, lowering commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of spare parts for necessary repair & cost of other minor items/ spares such as nut, bolts, washer, gaskets, paints etc required for efffective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Labour for dismantling, disconnecting the induction motor of 25 HP capacitiy including disconnecting from channel frame and electrical panel for complete servicing, oiling, greasing, cleaning of all dirt, dust etc including replacement of other petty items required for making it functional, refitting after oiling, greasing, servicing, alingment of motor including transportation to workshop & back for repair and re-fixing/ assembling testing to make it functional complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 3 pole power contactor ML-2, 80 Amps,415/440 volts,50 Hz suitable for fixing in existing panel complete all as specified and as directed. Make : LEGRAND/ABB/L&T/Siemens/BCH.

Supply & Fixing in replacement automatic star - delta starter of 10 HP capacity complete with contactor and over load relay complete all as specified and as directed. Make :ABB/L&T/Siemens.

M&L for replacement of RYB indicator LED lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single phase preventor, VSP 2 ,415 volts,50 Hz suitable for fixing in existing panel Model No : 7K3384 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Minilec/ Sycon or equivalent

S&F in repair 6 sqmm submersible copper conductor cable, three core, 1100 volts grade, weather proof lowering with the column pipe into the STP chamber and testing complete all as specified and directed.Make: Havells/ Finolex/Plaza /Gloster.

Supply and fixing in repair Pully V Belt, Model No- SPB-PT-1600 complete all as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair pressure relief valve 100 mm dia, as per existing sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for testing of treated water of STP, test to be carried out as per I.S. parameters of STP treated water from Govt. approved NABL laboratary all as directed and report to be submitted to office for record. Chemical parameters as per the STP treated water standards:- (a) pH, TSS,BOD,COD,Coliform, Oil & Grease & Residue Chlorine, Nitrogen, Phosphorus etc.

Supply, installation and fabrication in replacement of LED information glow sign board, single sided of size 4 ft x 3 ft made out of 2 mm thick white acrylic sheet , digital printed multi colour lettering ,symbols and frame made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet complete all as specified and as directed. (for Sewage Treatment Plant)
