S&D of min 1.8TR capacity fixed speed high wall split air conditioner of minimum cooling capacity of 6200watt or 20814 BTU/Hr with 1no of rotary compressor, 1nos IDU & ODU of rated power supply 220-240V / 1Ph /  50Hz. Min air flow/IDU 600 CFM. Maximum noise level 39dB at indoor, Refrigerant- R410A / R32,  wireless controller with remote. (Make - Hitachi / Carrier / O-general / Mitshubishi heavy / Voltas). Delivery and unloading the same materials also included.

3/4" dia (G) & 1/2" dia (L) pipe (or OEM recomended pipe size) for 4TR AC machine.

5/8" dia (G) & 1/4" dia (L) pipe (or OEM recomended pipe size) for 1.8 - 2TR AC machine.

S & F of 20mm PVC rigid conduit along with all required necessary accessories as per GS. (Make: Precesion MMS)

S & L of 1.1 KV Grade 4C x 2.5sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper cable for indoor to outdoor (Finolex / Polycab / Havells/Gloster) through existing prelaid PVC rigid conduit.

Installation of 1.8tr to 4tr ceiling mounted indoor unit and outdoor unit on installed base frame after, S & F of tie rods min 8mm dia, anchor fastners for tie rod min 50mm long, nuts, washers, screws etc. S&F of anti vibration pads, nut bolts as per direction of EIC. Also fixing of refrigerent pipes along with insulation, MS supports, brazing when total refrigernt line exceeds 49fts, wrapping tape etc. After completing the installation work commissioning the same AC unit after nitrogen flashing and holding as per direction of EIC.

Installation of upto 1.8tr wall mounted indoor unit and outdoor unit on installed base frame after, S & F of anchor fastners, nut bolts, washers, screws etc. S&F of anti vibration pads, nut bolts as per direction of EIC and S & F required angle iron structure on wall for placing ODU & mending good the damages.

SITC of 25mm UPVC rigid pipe drain line (complete set like elbow, Tee, reducer, adhesive material etc) with 12.5mm thick intrale insulation along with support by MS section as per direction of EIC. (Approve make)
