Dismantling Brick Masonry in cement mortar walls under 3m high and unused dismantled material should be disposed and levelled in lowlying area with the campus etc..complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Providing and drilling of Under reamed Pile of 300mm dia to the required depth as directed at site with double bulb at required interval along the depth of each pile, including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for drilling of under reamed pile with suitable tools and plants etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Earth work OPEN excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for foundation including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary etc,, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly for foundation of posts, columns,etc., excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing 40mm dia GI pipe (Class ''B'') fencing posts with 6 nos no 6mm dia MS hooks welded on each post for insertion of one no of 6mm dia vertical rod to hold the chain link in position and two nos 12mm dia MS / RTS rod each 0.30m length welded at bottom of post to anchorage / hold the post in foundation and the top of post should be covered by suitable dia GI cap. The quoted rate is inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding and fixing with MS rods in position etc..complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing for Chain link fencing having openings of size 50mm x 50mm using 10 gauge galvanised iron wire including fixing chain link to the 40mm dia GI posts including inserting of 2 nos of 8mm dia horizontal rod one at top and one at bottom of Chain link fencing throught the length of fencing so as to keep the fencing without any sag including cost and conveyance of all lmaterials and labour charges for cutting, tying and insertion of rod into horizontal and vertical position etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as Column footings, Column pedestals, Plinth beams, Grade beams, Staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 metre height for plain surfaces such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slabs of sunshade boxing sill slabs etc., with necessary facia etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G., 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly ( For Full Specification Please see Annexure IV of the Tender Condition )

(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand) using best quality Country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4"x 2 3/4" for walls incluing cost and conveyance of all labour and materials including scaffolding curing finishingetc., etc..,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Special Celing plastering and finishing the exposed surface of RCC items of work such as slabs , beams, sunshades, facia canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three P- Sand ) 10mm thick including hacking the Surface and providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshade, staircases, steps, landing slabs and finishing, curing, etc., in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Mild steel grill works including cost of materials and labour charges for fabrication, welding , fixing in position etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Mild steel Oranmental Grill works as per drawing with laser cutting plate with grill including cost of materials and labour charges for fabrication, welding, fixing in position etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Painting Two Coats with water based Exterior Emulsion paint including Priming coat in cement plasterd wall surface in all floors including cost of all materials, all labour charges including brushes, scaffolding charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Painting New iron work with Two coats of best approved quality Synthetic enamel paint over a primring coat with ready mixed primer of approved quality including cost of primer etc., complete in all floors. The rate shall include of all materials brushes, rubbishing, Cleaning and scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete. (The make, quality and collour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Officer before use on works)

Ornamental Brick Masonry in Cement mortar 1:4 (One of cement and four of M- sand) using best Quality Country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 1/4" including all varivargams, moulds, sthambams, mukapatharams, koodu, Nasi and all ornamental brick work complete, all pancharams, Agarais, karnakoodus, etc,. including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, all the labour charges including marking pathies shaping of the bricks, lifting of all the materials to required heights, curing and all extra for working in heights etc .,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers etc., complete.

Providing vargapoochu over the walls with Cement mortar. 1:4 (one Cement Four P-sand) complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, koodu all ornamental works to proper shape, by embedding broken bricks or shaped/ chiselled bricks, rough-plastering with Cement mortar. 1:4 (one Cement Four M-sand) and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervai including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc.. complete - including all extra for folding and including clearing the debris superficial area.complete complying with standard specification. and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.
