Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for scrapping, cleaning and straightening reinforcement from R.C.C. or R.B. work.

Demolishing brick /CC block work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by engineer in charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Extra for levelling & neatly dressing of disposed items like dismanted PCC, RCC, hollow block etc. completely as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismanlting of existing trestle tower including dismembering of all materials such as angles, tees, flats, channels, gusset plate, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. and stacking within 50m lead including cost of all labours, tools, & plants etc. head loads, cutting,stacking complete as directed by the enginer in charge

Recovery of salvage value/scrap value of recovered steel material at the time of dismantling of RCC structures including cost of transport from the site but excluding the cost of dismalting, labours, tools materials etc. complete.

Recovery of salvage value/scrap value of recovered G.I pipe at the time of dismantling of RCC structures including cost of transport from the site but excluding the cost of dismantling, labours, tools materials etc. complete.

Recovery of salvage value/scrap value of recovered roofing material (G.I sheet) at the time of dismantling of RCC structures including cost of transport from the site but excluding the cost of dismantling, labours, tools materials etc. complete.

Engaging of hitachi for surface dressing and surface leveling of the ground including earth cutting filling and removing vegetation, rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared , stacking of debries , other miscellaneous works, overheads, disposal including supply of all materials, labours, tools, plants, fuel, loading unloading & transportation of hitachi to work site and all other charges etc complete
