M & L for Brazing / exothermic welding arrangement for existing copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm / 20 x 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for termination of existing test point from existing earthing pit.

S&F Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 No. 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal Head Screw including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as per specified and as directed.

S&F Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends,elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. incl making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F lightening strike counter with dimension of 15x10x6 cm and electro-mechanical display and non resettable made by hard plastic, tested for 100 KA 10/350 micro second as per NFC17102 (2011) EN 50164-6 TS EN 62561-1, 6 digit in IP 67 (IEC 529) protection, testtable by external tester all as specifified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS 1100 volts grade,FRLS cable and incl non metalic PVC casing caping with accessories in drawing through wall/roof etc incl modular terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6mm MS/GI sheet concealed to walls etc and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable 1100V grade as earth continuity conductor & connecting to common earth dolly all as specified for

Supply and fixing of Industial socket 16 Amps, 415 v, 50 Hz AC enclosure with one MCB TP 16 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Industial socket 16 Amps, 240v, 50 Hz AC enclosure with one MCB SP 16 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25M below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to earth lead of 4 mm GI wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers, protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore, light grade and 20 mm GI pipe med grade for water with wire mesh funnel all as shown on electrical plate No.03 of SSR Part-I complete including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil and PCC(1:3:6) type CI using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber, RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40mm thick complete including testing all specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising 17mm dia copper bonded rod 3 mtr long horizontally pre welded T-terminal rod with provision for connection size of 50 x 150mm long, 6mm thickness with equal space either side, with 12mm dia hole of 02 numbers each on either side of the terminal clamp with 250 microns (average) coating thickness, tested and certified by CPRI India alongwith 50 kg earth energizer compound and 10 litres earth resistance reducing liquid. The earthing energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be tested as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 A by any NABL accredited lab. The above mentioned rod shall be installed in 150 mm bore, 11 feet depth with a distance of minimum 3 meters between each installation.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising duel pipes corrision protection with carbon coated 76mm outer with wall thickness of 1.6 mm and inner dia 42 mm with a wall thickness of 2.6 mm , overall length is 6000 mm.external corrosion protection : carbon coated (100 + microns) MS pipes alongwith 25 Kg (Conductolite), 25 Kg (Electrodite) and 10 Kg (Terraion) earth energizer compound. The earthing energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be tested as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 A by any NABL accredited lab.

Supply and fixing Earth pit cover made of Heady duty polyplastic and earth inspection cover made of high grade polypropylene of size top dia not less than 250 mm, bottom dia not less than 330 mm and height not less than 260 mm having load bearing capacity not less than 9.2 tonnes for each electrode pit complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing copper strip 20 x 3mm thick as earthing lead fixed to wall/roofs etc all as directed.

S&F epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40mm height for fixing copper earth strip on wall/ceiling/floor/poles etc.

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with Copper earth strip 20mmx3 mm thick and copper bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, ane provn of test point complete. NOTE : Copper strip 20x3mm upto 7.5 Mtrs shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with GI earth strip 32mmx6 mm thick and bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, ane provn of test point complete.
