Installation of all items as mentioned under 1.00 to 27.00 including supply of all erection materials, pipe supports,valve supports etc. as required for installation of pumping machinery, Steel work or construction of M.S ladder, checker plate, foundation of pump, including gland, socket earthing & lightning protection with suitable size GI HOT dip earthing attachement, making hole as necessary mending good damages, and MS work for fabrication to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification for Clear water pumping installation, Rate is inclusive of labour and hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work. Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paint (colour to be decided by department) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification & direction of EIC.
Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors,valves etc. as mentioned above as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.
Gaseous Chlorination Arrangement
Supply, delivery and storage at site of wall mounted vacuum operated gaseous chlorinator with auto switchover facility, capacity 0 - 1 kg/hr with all equipment, instrument ,LT panel and accssories including 4 (Four) nos. 100 Kg cylinders with safety equipments (1W+1S) as per NIeT specification TC & GC to be submitted during delivery of materials. [Make and drawing to be approved from E.I.C before placement of order ]
Installation the components as described as per technical specification including supply of all erection materials, providing dosing point on the rising main by making required size of hole, clamping the dosing unit including drawing power line to booster pumps and leak detector with necessary earthing as per I.E. rules upto the satisfaction of E.I.C. with First filling of liquid chlorine including to and fro carrying at both side from site to filling station including loading and unloading.
Construction of neutralization pit having size (2mtrX1.5mtr.X1.5mtr) with brick work after excavation of earth followed by ordinary cement concrete at base and making of brick wall (130 mm), plastering mending as per direction of the EIC.
Supply, delivery and storage at site of Caustic Soda Flakes as per IS-252-2013
Supply, delivery at site of 1 no. 100 Amp. T.P.N. Main switch with re-wireable Fuse system with iron frame and fixing the same on wall by supplying necessary fixing materials for receiving 3 phase power connection from Pump house along with supplying and drawing of 4 core, 25 sq mm Al. Armoured cable from 100 amp Main Switch to control panel (approx 15 mtr.) as required.
Making internal wiring/electrification of the chlorine room by (1.5sqmm X 2 + 1.5mm. X 1 ECC) single core PVC insulated multistrand FR Grade flexible cu. wire through 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit pipe by supplying one 240/415 V, 16 Amp DP MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics with MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, PVC Board & piano key type switch. (avg. run 6 mtr)- TLED light fitting- 4 nos, 45 W LED luminarie (BRP 045) OR equivalent and same techinal specification-4 nos, Plug point-2 nos,450 mm sweep heavy duty BEE 3 star rating Exhaust fan-4 nos, AC ceiling fan with electronic step regulator-2 no., Four no Exhaust fan point (Total point 14 nos. with two plug point) including drawing power by suitable gauge Cu.wire from panel board to DP MCB as per direction of EIC (fittings should be of Appproved make & rising should be with continuous earthing arrangement)
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil
Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/8 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 25 mm dia x 150 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe
Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for pipe electrode
Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of Solid GI wire (8 SWG) on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.
