Labour only for Re-fixing the serviceable Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor as in LT/HT overhead electric line and stretching the same with required span, standard sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia, PG clamp etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable ACSR will be received from Item No. 1 above of this Schedule.T&P required will be provodided by the contractor.

Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, with 9 insulator of rating upto 200 Amps including taking down old unseviceable complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing expulsion type drop out fuse unit suitable for 11000 volt and current rating upto 200 Amps shall be mounted on and including MS channel complete with two post insulator for 11000 volts including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts , washers, the exposed steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. M & L for replacement of gasket including arresting leakage of transformer oil by after draining out of transformer oil and refilling after replacement including disconnecting power supply complete all as specified and as directed for distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity upto 630 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer/Servo Stablizer oil of transformer at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get the minimum di-electric strength of oil 50 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system and refilling/ topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil conforming IS-335-1993 complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Transformer oil required extra for filling/topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule (b) cost of oil testing shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item and T&p Shall be aranged by contractor.

S & F breather including silica gel, indicating type, 4 to 6 mm standard size of the particle, blue colour for transformer of capacity from 63 to 400 kVA, 500 gm incl removing of old breather complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to transformer after disconnecting in coming HT connection and out going LT cable connection, draining out the transformer oil and keep in safe custody for reuse, disconnecting the breather assembly, temperature gauge, taking out the top cover of transformer upto 630 KVA, indoor/outdoor type, 11KV/433 Volt, step down, disconnecting LT/HT winding connections from LT/HT Bushing and carefully taking out LT/HT Bushing insulator and HT/LT Brass spindle, taking out gaskets of LT/HT Bushings and transformer top cover. Refixing exisitng LT/HT Brass spindle with Bushing insulators after replacing Gaskets, View glass of conservator tank, refixing all cable connections, top cover with new gasket, breather/temp gauge, refilling transformer oil, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Transformer oil for topup, dehydration/filtration etc work will be measured and paid separately.

S & F in repair porcelain HT bushing vitreous, brown colour, 11 KV grade along with a set of oil seals & copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc. including dismantling existing HT bushing with copper alloy rod and disconnection of electrical connection, of suitable size for primary side (HT side ) of outdoor type 11 KV for 200 kVA distribution transformer of any make complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair porcelain LT bushing vitreous, brown colour, 440 V grade along with a set of oil seals & copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc. including dismantling existing LT bushing with copper alloy rod and disconnection of electrical connection, of suitable size for Secondary side (LT side ) of outdoor type 440V for 200 kVA distribution transformer of any make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity upto and including 630 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the AGE E/M (P) No-1 Jabalpur including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.. (b) painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .

Cutting the existing hard standing/road and making good after laying of cable/pipe with 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B-I including finishing to match existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable, burnt, punctured aluminium conductor cable of any grade and cross sectional area from the excavated trenches, ducts, laid in floors, along poles/ walls/ equipments etc., laid and passed through pipes or laid bare in road crossing/drains/ paths/along walls/poles/floors etc and in similar locations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs on Pole/Wall Flood light fittings for use with LED lamps, 120 watts, 230 Volt, with high quality lenses & reflector, with toughened glass cover, IP-65/66 rated class of protection, complete with control gear and complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication, supply and installation of the Back lit Glow sign board having coloured printed with electric shock and treatment details or machinary history sheet as per following Specifications:-: (a) Box: 1 The box size is approx 2 feet x 3 feet. 2 The board frame should be made of MS Pipe 25x25x1.5 mm painted with one coat red oxide primer and 2 coat synthetic enamel paint. 3 Top, Bottom and Side cover shall be made of 26 SWG GI sheet with powder coating and Back side of the board shall be covered with 26 SWG plain GI sheet fixed with rivet and screws. (b) Lighting/Illumination: 1. Minimum one LED tube light set is to be provided per five Square feet of board area. 2. Complete tube light set is to be provided. Tube lights shall be of reputed make. 3. Only copper wiring will be used. (c) Flex: 1. Backlit Flex should be of LG Hi-Flex. 2. Writing work etc. should be digitally printed. Printing details will be provided by the department. (d) Installation: 1. No separate installation charge will be given. Glow Sign Boards are required to be installed at main entrance gate of Pump House all as directed with required supporting . 2. Installation shall be done using MS Fabrication (Brackets, Flats etc.) and required PCC work (if reqd).

Fabrication, supply and installation of Sign Boards, single sided of hardened ACP sheet 3 mm thick , PoP riveted to stainless steel square pipe 20 mm x 20 mm and overall size of frame 900x1100 mm frame supported with another Frame made of 40 x 40 mm SS square pipe and 2.5 M long double legged stainless steel pipe 50 mm dia, 16 gauge (SS - 304 Grade) and fixed with each other with SS clamps. The board is fully reflectorised with high intensity grade retro reflective tape of any colour grade IV as per ASTM - D 4956-07 and lettering (any Nos) loc map white colour or as directed duly computerised cut including arrow, signs, logos etc fixed over retro reflective tape. Board to be fixed on ground 450 mm deep with necessary cement concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

Preparing Old painted surfaces of LT panel inside oustside both, all exposed surfaces of steel items, without dismantling and M&L for painting complete all as specifed and dricted (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc complete all as specifed and as dricted. (b) painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site.
