Special repair/replacement of distribution transformer against BER under GE (East) Mathura

Taking down of old BER distribution transformer of any capacity and make from sub stn by lifting arrangements and vehicle and deposited to mes store yard complete all are as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type, floor mounted, step down non sealed type transformer, 11/0.433 KV, powder coated of capacity 400 KVA, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural-air natural with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having taping at ± 2.5%,+ 5.0% & ± 7.5 % on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear the OEM of the transformer should have in house LAB certificate for accreditation from national accreditation board for testing and calibration laboratories (NABL) the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40° in oil and 45° in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180 updated, level-3 (3 star). Dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 45 KV and it has accessories such as LT Box at LT side, silica gel breather, oil level indicator, conservator tank with oil level indicator, drain out valve (oil tank), exhaust vent, air release valve, temperature gauge, lifting lugs and cast iron wheel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Plinth for Transformers:- M & L for the following:- (i) Providing 100 mm thick PCC platform on top of brick masonry of Size 3 X 3 mtrs (outer dimensions) and 1.2 mtr high from ground level and 0.5 mtr below ground level for placing Transformer and steps complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Excavation and earth work for foundation of brick masonry including R/F and removing surplus soil. (iii) 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of brick masonry. (iv) Brick work with fly ash brick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 including 15mm thick plastering in cement and sand mortar 1:4 over exposed surfaces. (v) 100mm thick hard core using brick bats of gauge n.exc 63mm. (vi) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base. (vii) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair. (viii) Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer over plastered surfaces complete. (ix) Earth filling including watering and ramming in layers of 25cm inside the platform complete. (Earth obtained from excavation shall be used for fixing). including chain link fencing of 1.8 RM height made out of mild steel galvanised including ,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire including mild steel section fin post with suitable excavation and struts for fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc or flat iron fillet with Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long & dia of shank 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip of size 20x3mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main panel/equipment, pole/bus bar etc, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : GI strip beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).
