Minor Annual Repair and Maintenance work of Judicial Officers Residence at Model Town Ghaziabad

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:4 ratio over brick works including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. complete. (As per DSR no- 13.4.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as per DSR 13.80)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre (as per DSR 13.41.1)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture (as per DSR 13.48.3)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. (as per DSR 9.20.2)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,(i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter.(As per DSR 12.41.2)

Providing and laying of C. P.V.C. Pipe (20 mm) complete fitting of Triputti or Equivalent .(As per DSR 18.7.2)

Providing and fixing C.P brass 15 mm nominal bore long body bib cock of approved quality confirming to ISI standards and weighing not less than 690 gms. (As per DSR 18.49.1)

Providing and fixing brass bib cock 15 mm nominal bore of approved quality confirming to ISI standards. (As per DSR 18.15.1)

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) 15mm nominal bore ISI marked approved quality as per direction of engineer in charge . (As per DSR 18.18.1)

Providing and fixing C.P brass angle valve 15mm nominal bore for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality confirming to IS:8931. (As per DSR 18.53.1)

Providing and fixing PTMT 15 mm nominal bore Pillar cock of approved quality confirming to ISI standards. (As per DSR 18.56.1)

Providing and fixing Flat back wash basin of size 550x400mm Hundustanware or Equivalent including making all connections but excluding the cost of fitting complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (As per DSR 17.25.2)

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured. (As per DSR 25.8)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm). (As per DSR 21.3.1)
