Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of staff to work such as oxygen mask diving Suit safety belts in the deep channel and at height, making the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site as per NHRC guidelines.

Dismantling / Removal of existing old worn-out MS bar screen in front existing channel of bar screen No. 1 & 2 and existing manual bar screen (which is to be renovate), by cutting old damage MS structure with all support, jaali, guider, and rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and required tools & tackles. Job also includes the charges of hydra crane for taking out from the channel and keep at ground as per direction of engineer /in-charge.

Making a temporary working platform by approximately 20 Ft long bamboos and manila rope etc inside the approx. 30 ft. deep channel at different height /location in the individual pit/channel.

Removing / Stacking of the floating material from the Screening Chamber (approx. 22 ft. deep chamber) using heavy labour with the help of ladder, hydraulic Mobile Crane and other necessary items.

Making the platform from ground level to bottom level of deep wet sump 6 mtr. approx. in the channel by using of MS angle, MS channel, MS sheet for safely execution of complete work by manual labour for the work de-silting of channel, dismantling and fixing work of bar screen and other work as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of MS ‘C’ channel of size 100mm x 50mm for making the guider in vertical possession of 6 mtr. long approx. on both side walls in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of MS plate of size 200x200x10mm with ‘C’ channel duly drilled 4 nos. holes of 16mm at every corner of plate and fixing with fastener bolts of 16 mm.

Providing and fixing of MS I-Section beam of 200x100mm up to 4 mtr. Approx. height in vertical possession at ground with RCC civil foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted in RCC foundation. The work includes providing and welding of MS. Plate with 4 nos. holes of 20mm drill.

Providing and fixing of horizontal I section Beam of size 200x100mm and length 6 mtr. approx. for fixing of E.O.T. Crane of 2 ton capacity, providing and welding of MS plate of size 250x250x10mm with 4 Nos. holes at every corner of plate and welding on Both end of vertical beam

Fabrication and fixing of screen (jali) of size 3 mtr X 2.1 mtr X 1mtr made out in L Type shape. Made out fabricated of outer frame by S S. Angle of size 75x75x6mm and inner portion fabricated by S S. Flat iron of size 40x8mm duly welded one by one at 30mm gap in each flat and fixing in sewage channel by making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing with rope wire as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel by bar screen. The size of platform is 5 mtr. x 1 mtr. approx. Made out of frame by angle 75x75x6mm, supporting angle 75x75x6mm, providing and fixing of MS sheet of 6mm thick. As per size of frame. Fabrication fixing of conveyor system of size 1 Mtr X 9Mtr made by ICMC 150X75 mm M.S channel and 3 Mtr X 0.3mtr X 3 MM M.S sheet with complete gear box, rollers and conveyor Rubber belt of size 9 Mtr X 0.6 Mtr X 8mm Thick. Including grouting complete with civil work in all respect.

Providing of E.O.T. Crane of 2 ton capacity(S/G),Span 6-9 Mtr with 3 phase electric motor of 2 HP, flanged modulate TEFC type. This crane will be work for lifting of bar screen up and down. Make – Indef/ Reva/WH Brady/DJB approved.

Fixing of E.O.T. Crane on the fixed horizontal beam by making and fixing of clamping system of heavy duty MS material, MS plate, MS pin shaft with nut etc. as per site requirement

Providing and fixing of MS sheet at top level of water level so that the water could not pass by upper side of bar screen. The size of sheet will be 2.5 mtr. x 3 mtr. x 6mm duly welded with supporting angle of size 65x65x6mm and making proper strengthening for bearable of water flow pressure as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of canopy for safety purpose of complete system from the rain fabricated by MS sheet of 3mm thickness, angle of size 50x50x6mm, flat iron of size 75x6mm, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement

Fabrication and fixing of railing at platform for safety purpose of staff approx 3.5 MtrsX4Mtrs area

Making electric connection, fixing of panel box by man supply arrangement with suitable MCB box with cover & making safety arrangement from rain as per site requirement. The job also includes suitable size of cable its laying in ground & wall as required and connection to main LT panel with accessories etc

Painting of newly making complete system by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour as per DJB approved color scheme

Testing & commissioning of complete system includes the transport charges of tools & tackles to & fro.
