Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles for plinth, floor & drain bedding & all other various miscellaneous PCC works including machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidating, levelling, finishing as directed, providing; fixing & removing necessary form work; as & when required / directed, preparation of base properly by dressing; levelling & hand ramming using wooden hand rammer by proper watering, racking out all the masonry joints & close hacking the old / new concrete / plastered surfaces for proper / good bonding, base shall be fully neat, clean & slightly wet before laying Concrete, Curing for a minimum period of 7 days, cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / waste materials / unwanted materials / things etc., upto a lead of 2000 meters outside the periphery of work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

Providing and fixing Window pelmets 125mm wide, using 19mm thick water proof plywood and providing 0.8mm thick laminate on external surfaces and one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint on internal surfaces.
