Cleaning surfaces of RCC and AC sheet roofing RCC chajjah , sides of parapet walls by uprooting the unwanted vegetation and scrapping with steel wire brush ,watering and sweeping including taking down the leonine trees over roofs and removing the derbis to outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description, any position with bituminous felt including plaster, pcc padding and removing rubbish outside MoD land and roughening the surfaces of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all dust etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for roof padding concrete in B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm aggregate for levelling complete all as specified

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid under separate item of this schedule.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound complete all as specified

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified.

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3.50 kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Course roof treatment consist of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr per sqm (ii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight (iii) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm Note:- Work shall be carriedout through authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

(a) M&L for mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue/dirt, oil and grease etc all as directed by the GE/Engr-in-charge. (b) M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt, loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. (c) M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE/ Engr-in-charge. Properties of poly urethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters: - (i) Highly elastic. (ii) UV resistance. iii) Adhesion to concrete > 1N/Sqmm. (iv) Tensile strength not less than 2.0N/Sqmm for free film. (v) Elongation – not less than 300% (vi) Solid content by weight – not less that 60%. (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar-72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM 453): Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable. Make: - Bostik, Berger, Fosroc, Sika, Asian or any other make approved by E-in-C’s Branch for PU based water proofing treatment. Note:- Work shall be carriedout through authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes/drain pipe (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes,110 bore of pipe, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in position with walls including enlarging existing hole in slab, beam or parapet etc and making good with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gussest plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete of quality Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165de E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel works as in posts, horns and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type fixed with posts or struts with wire staples etc complete in position all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying a coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 1mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 including taking down old sheeting of any description complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thickness of laths , without ball bearing as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 155658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sides coping etc complete.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 10mm thick rendering on other than faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as directed.
