Demolition of brick wok or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins ,arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No. 05 herein before but expect bricks –ditto-

De-silting and cleaning by taking out mud/sludge, vegetation growth etc, from drain beds of any depth in foul condition and confined places, getting out and removing the mud/sludge to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500 m and deposited where directed with and including taking off drain covers and refixing the same after cleanig /de-silting of mud/sludge of any description / size , complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from mouths of drain pipes of culverts, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in soil (any type) incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concte interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness,M-Grade including with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in in sub base finish even and rough to receive to top layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25cm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over 20 mm thick screed be in cement mortar 1:6 in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth, watering and removing surplus soil not exc 50 m in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base flooring, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel angle iron post as in fencing posts and struts including cut to length, cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire , etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 and embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of any type and size of dia n.exc 4.00 mm galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO convened by the GE.

Supply only 3mm dia PVC coated chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO convened by the GE.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) or square heads at one end and screwed the other with length of bolt 50mm and diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia, for horizontal tie bars for fencing post etc including necessary welding or hooking for joints complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid in item No.23 here-in-after.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coateing GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour ( approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of any type of Asbestos (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting 2 mm thick fixed with coach screw and washer in wall/vertical surface including dismantling of any type of Asbestos (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed

Prepration of new plastered surface of wall, RCC etc and applying two coats of exterior emultion paint ( weather Coat Paint) over and including one coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing poly carbonate multiwall coloured sheets as approved, 8mm thick as in roofs with adequate size steel screws, washers, nuts, aluminium strip/ flat etc as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.
