Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including welding & fittings 80 mm (3”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN, 80 mm (3”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Non Return Sluice Valve 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting outgetting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in tranches in hard soil not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipes in trenches and getting out including levelling of bottom surface and trimming of sides after removal of existing GI/HDPE pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spearing levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each excavated soft/hard soil in trenches after the pipes havew been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 1200x1200x1200mm (Internal dimension) incl necessary earth work and MS sheet 3 mm thick cover with angle iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6mm including provision of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown in drg held with GE office incl of tapping of 100 mm GI pipeline from existing 150 mm GI pipeline complete all as specified directed.
