Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 100 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring mirror finished 18-20 mm thick (each slab not less than 0.25 Sqm) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar mirror finished 20-25 mm thick over cement base rendering laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectagular) dark/colour shade polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.07 above but on vertical surface of wall of size 600x600x10mm thick as in dado/skitting including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 200x300x7 mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.11 above but on vertical surfaces area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Exterior designer tiles of size 300x300x18 to 20mm thick in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning including spreading in layers and rolled consolidated to thickness of 50mm (minimum) for receiving precast PCC interlocking blocks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-O using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall,beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves and similar work complete all as specified and directed. Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Mild Steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binders cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall in CM 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pavement/hard-standing laid in alternative panels, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note: supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately )

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sunken floor mixed water proofing compound finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured seperatly.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 as in brick/concrete surface of sunken portion using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately

M&L wire brushing and cleaning top surface of cement concrete including flashings and junction of parapet etc. and surface painting with a layers of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq.m. blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m. per sqm and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Water closet vitreous china squatting pan, orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests including flushing cistern and flush pipe including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Wash down water closet vitreous china white pedestal pattern with 'P' or 'S' trap including connecting to outgoing drain pipe & to flushing pipe including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottem, & cover & M S CP or aluminium hinging device, flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning if refixing required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubes medium grade (ISI marked) with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore Stop valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle chromium plated fancy type screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.
