Supply and fix hose reel of 20 mm dia with drum and 30 meter length conforming to IS 5132 complete all as specified and as directed.

Air release valve 25 mm dia male inlet made from gun metal and fixing on the top of MS wet riser of 100 mm dia. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix MCB DB TPN 4 Way double door with MCCB of cap 63/100A as incommer including necessary connecting up complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix MCB TPN 40 Amp capacity 415 volt 16KA complete all as specified and as directed.

ARBORICULTURE

M&L for Poeta soil (garden soil) mixed with requisite quantity of pesticides and fertilizers while filling (stack measurements shall be considered for payment) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry gober manure mixed with requisite quantity of pesticides and filled along with the garden soil in alternate layers (stack measurements shall be considered for payment) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Planting of hedges like Aakalita Aspar/Duranta varigated by digging in trenches of size 300mm wide and 300mm deep and filling soil obtained from same location upto 200mm height and balance 100mm depth filled with garden soil and manure mixed in the required proportion and planting hedges of height 300mm above GL and removal of soil, debris, weeds to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and watering etc complete incl 3 months maintenance complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Planting Semi studded plants like Golden Tum/Mananta varieties as per argus/mery aglonima draft varieties by digging in trenches of size 300mm wide and 300mm deep and filling garden soil and manure mixed in the required proportion and watering etc incl 3 month maintenance complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire,with AMF panel, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity 50 KVA complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT panel board 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycle per second, AC supply comprising of 300 Amps capacity copper bus bar for the 3 phase and neutral, out door type of suitable size both side opening along with locking arrangement,rainguard canopy system, with ventillations fabricated out of steel sections i.e 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick . Notes for item No 93 to 98: (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation.

(iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for which repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engr -in-Charge. (vi) All maintenance works shall be carried out by well qualified tradesmen and supervisor of OEM. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the above aspect and for consumables such as timely toping up oils,acrylic covers, fuses, grease,waste cotton, stationery and other miscellaneous items and all minor & major spare parts. (viii) The tenderer shall submit MoU from the original manufacturer of the lift for comprehensive maintenance to undertake comprehensive maintenance during and after Defects Liability Period directly or through their nearest authorized/accredited agencies service personel. The MoU shall be submitted at least 06 months prior to issue of completion certificate of main contract as per Work Order No I.
