Detailed Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Building Works including preparation of all designs & drawings and obtaining approvals, procurement of all kinds of materials and works, Construction of Civil, MEP, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Works, LV Works, ELV Works, Sanitary & Plumbing, Water Supply, retaining wall, acoustics, furniture, interior, Landscape and other Allied Works, Finishing & interior works and all other necessary works required for successful completion of the Building & Building Premises all as per approved Drawings, Designs, Scope of work, Specifications, and terms & conditions as mentioned in the bid document (all 3 Volumes) and to the satisfaction of Authority, complete in all respect, including operationalization of Project facilities for a period of 06 (six) months as stipulated in the tender document.
