REPAIRS/MAINT OF STP AT OLD AIR FIELD UNDER AGE E/M OF GE 970 EWS

Material and labour for structural steel work as in base plate for pumpsets with nut bolts washers welding and necessary fabrication work in any situation valve chamber covers and similar items etc as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down the existing unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread / fill high strength calcium based granular chlorination chemical(Grade I)(Packing in 45 KG)of following specifictons:- (a) Description- Whitish granules (b) Granular Size(Mesh passing through-100BSS): 1.1(+0.1)%(c) Other insoluble calcium salts: 1.1(+0.1)% (d) Requirement must be 140-200gms per one lac liter of water to achive 1PPM at injection point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread bleaching powder suitable grade conforming to IS specification No 1065/1989 with minimum available chlorine percentage of mass 33.5% and slab percentage Nil all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sodium hypochloride solution with active chlorine content 6gm / ltr conforming to IS 11673 in 35 ltrs capacity container all as specified and as directed.

Supply and repalce FRP chemical dosing pump with storage tanks 150 litres capacity pressure upto 10Kg/sqcm suitable for existing STP FRP chemical dosing pump all as directed.
