Construction of Cremation shed at Kuttiyapillaikattalai Peranthidal Mayanam in Maruthur North Panchayat.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with inital leads and lifts, etc. Including leveling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In sand or other loose soil, wet sand not under water, silt, light black cotton soil, sandy loams and ordinary soil. TNBP SS NO 20B 23 & 24

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement five sand and ten hard broken stone) using 40mm ISSHBG metal for foundation, flooring and rendering the top rough to take floor finish including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc. Completeas per specification and as direceted TNBP SS NO. 28

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete. Upto basement

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of colour snowcem outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the Top of room with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm in 1:3-12mm thick uisng using WCC etc., complete.

Supplying and erriecting, centring for plane surfaces structures such as RCC slab, beam etc., inlcuding strutting upto 3m height using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.s angles of size 25 mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm centres including necessary cross bracings\ etc., complete complying with standard specifications 10 m2 Shuttering.

Supplying and erriecting, centring for plane surfaces structures such as RCC slab, beam etc., inlcuding strutting upto 3m height using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.s angles of size 25 mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm centres including necessary cross bracings\ etc., complete complying with standard specifications 10 m2 Centering.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steels to worksite including labour for cutting, jointing and welding if necessary including all labour charges for dying with binding wire etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete.
