Material and labour for painting existing LT panel and foundation angle iron with spary paint carefully after taking out the panel from foundation and refixing after painting as per approval complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for opening of cylindrical type pressure filter of capacity 23000 LPH and of size diameter 1400 mm & height 2300 mm wit maximum operating pressure 3.5 Kg/Sqcm including removing the old filter media, removing all the scaling deposited on the inner surface area of filter assembly by using wire bursh and cleaning the inner filter surface by bleaching poder, soda ash, refilling new filter media for topping up/making up the unserviceable media of various silica grade as directed at site without any breakage in inner assembly. reassembling the filter assembly and apply one coat of good quality paint on the outer surface area of the filter assembly and testing for proper functioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes:- (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under the relevant items here-in-after. (ii) Unit rate (quoted by the tenderer) shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding.

Opening and reassembling of submersible motor after rewinding and replacement of worn out spare parts including taking out the burnt winding and rewinding of submersible motor 15 HP / 20 HP, Three Phase, 415 volts with solid copper conductor (wire) superior quality of approved make, size & number of wire as per existing including insulation material, minor spares and replacement of unserviceable spare parts and reassembling the components & testing for function ability, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The include opening of motor at site for damaging of existing stator winding if found burnt/damaged in front of concerned JE/AGE (E/M) after testing on site before taking to work shop outside MD land. Motors will be given for repairing as per the site condition and need for repair being maintenance work. (ii) Unit rate (quoted by the tenderer) shall be deemed to include for all minor/major spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding.

S&F in replacement of Cable of size 10 sqmm multistranded copper conductor, 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed copper screen protected 1100 Volts grade submersible flat cable fixed to column pipes/panel to motor with suitable clamps & jointing material complete including disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the existing RCC underground /semi under ground sump of 5000 Gallon capacity and scratching and cleaning all internal surfaces of roof walls pillar and floor to remove scales mud & other foreign material and applying a solution of potassium permagnete (KMnO4) scrubbing with water using jute/bushes and washing the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and fresh water and treating all internal surfaces with providing two coats of anti corrosive paint including repair to vent pipes including providing wire mesh and clamps complete and writing capacity of sump date of cleaning & next due date of cleaning in thick synthetic enamel paint on outer surface of sump in block capital letters of height 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Cast Iron of size 80 mm bore ISI marked flanged end/threded type (heavy grade) with rubber insertion sheeet 3 mm thick nuts,bolts and washers including taking down old existing unserviceable foot valve complete all as specified & directed.

Cuttings grass/herbs near installation,plant and pumps complete cleaning of installation,valve chamber including necessary tools and safety measures whichever required at site complete all as specified and directed.
