Authorized dealers/Agents of OEM must submit tender specific authorization failing which the offer shall be ignored. In case tenderers participate as an authorized agent then the performance as required above shall be that of the Principal authorizing the agent. It may so happened that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing order in case of change of Principal. Agents must submit Tender specific authorization from OEM.
(a) Tenderers are hereby instructed to supply the tendered quantity to the respective consignee(s) as indicated in tender document. (b] If tenderers mention anywhere in its offer contrary to (a) above and/or mentions not to supply to some of the consignees, such offer may not be considered for ordering for such consignees where the tenderer has not agreed to directly deliver the stores without any back reference.
