SPECIAL REPAIR OF 124 NOS. TYPE-12 HOUSES OF POLICE LINE, CHANDIGARH FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-27

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer- in-Charge. (DSR 9.119)

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below ( DSR 15.12.1 )

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below ( DSR 15.13.1 )

Providing and fixing Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Golden Champ wood Chowkhats including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, screws, nails fevicol etc. The rate includes the cost of dismanteling of the damages chowkhats and making good the damage to the walls plaster and floors as required including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground. The rate further includes the cost of special quality paint over one coat of primer etc complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. ( N.S. )

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) panel door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail, 12mm thick commercial ply to be fixed with beading, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges, Alum Tower bolts, Alum Handles 5”, sliding bolt and complete fixed in position including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges Alum tower bolts 4", Alum handles 2 nos. I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
