SCHEDULE "A" PART -I (BUILDING WORK) Design, Construction and Erection of Temporary Living -in- Accommodation Building for Airmen steel structure (Single storey ) including bath/WC and verandah with RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items etc, walls will be made up of self supporting 60mm thick PUF insulated wall panel with 0.50mm PPGI sheet both sides in 40+2 Kg density and 40mm thick PUF insulated Roof panel with 0.50mm PGI sheet both sides in 40+2 Kg Density including water tank staging 01 No each capable of holding 2 x 1000 ltrs capacity, PVC tanks at a height of 5 mtr above ground level complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed. (Note : Soil investigation report of the location of Buildings is enclosed as Annexure-I to BOQ.)

EARTHING M&L for earthing complete with copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick electrode and 20mm x 3mm copper strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to 4mm dia copper wire as earth lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including brazing) connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 15mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I includoing taking out old complete all as specified and directed. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY S & F for PP-R gate valve (brass insert) of size 110 mm for PP-R pipe complete all as directed.

M & L for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded agregate for grouting MS top sheet cover of 3mm thick with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frame out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and directed.

SUMMER APPLIANCES Supply and fixing Water Cooler electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour including necessary plumbing works, stop cock and pvc connection pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA etc complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine without damaging the existing road , getting out and disposal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches burnt bricks old size of 230 x 115 x 75mm sub class B bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning type rated factory made of LT Feeder Pillar Box fabricated out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet manufactured from CPRI approved manufactures. The LT panel shall be cubical type front and back operated double door type, and sufficient ventilation on sides. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP 65. The LT panel shall be provided with canopy/hook on top. The panel shall be provided sufficient space for cable entry and exit. The LT panel shall be provided with industrial type locking arrangement and Danger LT 440 Volts sign plate of thickness 1.2mm duly riveted on outdoor of panel. Warning/Danger shall be stencilled with three Langauages (English, Hindi and Local Language). The panel shall be mounted on pedestal using angle iron frame work fabricated out of 50 x 50 x 5mm thick. The Panel pedestal shall be grounted on PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate embedded in ground 45cm below ground level and 45cm above ground level and fairly plastered with cement mortar 1:4. and applying two coats of lime wash. The Panel shall be provided with 200 Amp rated aluminium bus bar and duly colour sleved and mounted on porcelain /mica/resin cast insulated/supports complete for accomodating & including following accessories:- Incoming :- (a) MCCB 100 Amps, 4 Pole, 25 kA -01 No Outgoing- (a) MCCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole , 18 kA -04 Nos (b) Digital Multi functional meters for measuring current, Voltage and frequency including CTs of suitable rating and class (c) Control cables as per standards (d) Phase indicating lamps, set of three - 01 Set

Contd.../) Note : (i) The contractor shall submit the test certificate from manufacturer (ii) The contractor shall furnish origional bill certificate (Purchase voucher and test certificate) of the panel manufacturer. (iii) Cost of plinth around LT panel of size 3m x 4m x 0.1m (thick) to stop the growth of vegitation is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) The contractor shall get the approval of GE for make of the LT panel board before placing the order. (v) The rate shall be inclusive of cost of materials required for incoming and outgoing as specified above including of cost of PCC foundation etc complete.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 m, complete all as specified and directed.

Sch 'A' Part-XI (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Note :- Amount of Rs 54,320.50 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
