Detailed Survey including Peg Marking, Preparation of Profile & Tower Schedule and Drawings etc. to complete job.

Excavation & Foundation work of 400KV Mono Pole Tension Towers. Work including following jobs. 1. All earth work, back filling, ramming and leveling etc. 2. Cost of borrowed earth (if required) 3. Setting of shuttering for beware collapsing of earth near about House 4. Setting of Anchor Bolts & templates 5. Complete Foundation Concreting (As Per Drawings) With M-25 Grade Concrete Including Cost Of Cement, Sand, Stone , Ballast Forming Curing, Shorting Shuttering But Excluding Cost of Reinforcement Steel Bars . 6. Any other work to complete the foundation work.

Complete Erection of 400KV special Monopole Type Tower (20-40D) (30 Mtr Cross arms) along with all Structural Component, Cross Arms & Peaks etc. with the help of man power, Hydraulic crane of suitable capacity. work including soil dosing, soil raimming as required for crane, dismantling of wall and transportation of required Mono pole from site store to location no. 497B and complete in all respect as per specifications & drawings.

Providing of TMT reinforcement steel straightening cutting, bending ,Testing Lap/Butt welding placing including binding with GI binding wire 18 SWG in all structural heights and Depth, complete as per drawings, contract and directions of Engineer in charge .The Scope of work will also include application of one coat of cement slurry inhibition solution as per manufacturer's instruction.

Making of Scaffolding for Both Road Side and Centre of Delhi -Meerut (NH-58) road near Ordinance factory Muradnagar to achieve proper road Clearance and safety of Humans / vehicles during lowering and uplifting of conductors and Earth wires along with insulators and hardware without disturbing of heavy road traffic.

De-stringing work of 3 Phase Twin ACSR Moose Conductor and 2 nos. Earthwire along with all accessories between tower no 497A to 498B+0 (crossing span 160 meter). After complete erection new mono pole tower no. 497B again stringing of 3 Phase Twin ACSR Moose Conductor and 2 no 7/9 SWG Earth wire along with all accessories between 497A & 497B (crossing span 130 Meter) of 400 KV S/C Manth-Muradnagar Transmission Line through Hotline Stringing Method with all safety & precautions due to Heavy Traffic of Delhi -Meerut National highway.

Complete stringing of 3 Phase Twin Moose Conductor and 2 Nos 7/9swg Earthwire along with all accessories between 497B (new Monopole Tower) to 498B+0 of 400 KV S/C Manth-Muradnagar Transmission line as per Technical specification.

Earthing of Tower Mono Pole including Coke and Salt but Excluding Cost of Earthing Material as per standard drawings.

Transportation & shifting of all new material (ACSR Conductor and Earth wire) along with all accessories. Works including loading & unloading of materials from UPPTCL store at 400 KV S/S Manth (Mathura) to site near Ordinance Factory Muradnagar. (Distance app. 220KM).

Transportation & shifting of all dismantled/ balance material (ACSR Moose Conductor,7/3.67mm Earthwire and related accessories) along with loading & unloading from Ordinance Factory Muradnagar site to 400 KV S/S Manth (Mathura). (Distance app. 220KM).

Making of termination point under shutdown condition of Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping etc. of 3 phase conductor line, including hoisting of insulators, hardware fittings and jumpering etc.

Making of approach road for shifting of 250 Ton Crane / 150 Ton crane / Hydra / Trailer / Trucks and Mono Pole Tower Structure and Conductor and hardware etc. by Dismantling of old Boundary wall of closed private land as per site requirement and also making crane plinth /approach road as per strength required. After finishing the tower works, making of new boundary wall portion by bricks sand and cement as per requirement after above works completion and cleaning of plinth/approach road and any other temporary construction and removal wastages & dump far from closed private area by Truck / Trolley / lorry as per Civil / government rules.
